Quiet location and safe to walk around. No loud music or vagrants in the area. The bed was super comfy.

The pool was under construction. If I knew this beforehand I would’ve stayed somewhere else. The hotel was great nonetheless.

Above and beyond expectations. Firstly the staff are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful when I was having trouble checking in (all my fault), was very accommodating with my issue and it was resolved quickly. I was made to feel at home immediately. Reception has a modern coffee machine that has a big range, and the range of pastries for breakfast are also delicious, all included. Every staff member I met was very friendly and got to know me by name. The location is perfect for Universal and the Burbank/Hollywood area and it's a short walk to Warner Brothers. The room is modern and spotless and the beds are very comfy. The pool is a nice touch after a hot day in the sun. Also free parking is very helpful. I will book here again.

I love the Tangerine 🍊 in Burbank! It’s my home away from home every time I visit Los Angeles. The location is perfect, with easy parking, great heated pool, clean rooms, super comfortable beds, selection of coffees and delicious pastries from the amazing Homeboys Bakery, amazing staff and right next door to my favorite Mexican restaurant, Don Cuco - be sure to try the Mango blended Margarita with Tajin chili pepper rim! 🌶️ A wonderful modern boutique hotel with an amazing old school road trip motel charm!

I didn’t get to stay there long enough.

I was there for 9 days. The staff were beyond great! I was alone and they had 24/7 staffing. Felt very safe. Coffee machine in lobby was to die for. I did not know there were that many different kinds of coffee. Good selection of baked goods for breakfast and other restaurants close by if needed. The original Bob’s Big Boy is just a quick walk down the street. Great neighborhoods to walk in. Very convenient to supermarket about a 10 minute walk away.

The bed was a little too hard for me but I made do. Mostly quiet but sometimes got noisy if people checked in late at night.

Great place to stay if you're driving from SF like I did—Burbank is at the north end of LA so saves about an hour of driving. Check in was smooth and the front desk attendant was very friendly. There is always someone at the desk, 24 hrs a day. Parking was easy—there are only 4 spaces and 1 handicapped space in the lot, but there somehow was always room for me. The breakfast pastries in the morning from 8 to 11 am were fresh and delicious—croissants, cookies, danishes, etc. Nice to take a pastry and coffee out to the pool in the morning. The room was large and clean. They upgraded me for free, which was great. There's a large closet and dresser, and even a deep bathtub. Very relaxing. The hotel is right next to a lively Mexican restaurant where you can get a delicious margarita and chill out. Definitely recommend for a short stay!

We recently spent our last night here before going home after a month long holiday in the States and it was a nice way to end our trip. Staff member at reception was so lovely - I believe his name was Kamal (apologies if incorrect) he was super friendly and lovely to deal with. One of our main reasons for choosing this hotel was its proximity to Warner Bros Studios as we had tour tickets. Was about a 10min walk so very convenient. The Mexican restaurant right next door was delicious. That was very convenient. The room was nice, vibrant, comfortable and clean. Considering our short stay we didn’t experience pool or coffee machine but nice they were there. Overall we were super happy with our stay here. Thank you

The hotel was clean inside the rooms & the outside on the property grounds. It was a great location (6 minute drive to Universal Studios). Very quiet with comfortable beds. The Bonus was Allison at the front desk upon arrival! She had great energy with a quick check in for a late arrival 10 pm).

There were just a few parking spaces in the parking lot, the spaces were narrow in the back of the motel. There were not enough spaces for all the guests in the front & back. I had to park on the street in front of motel, but was assured I could park on the street all night (there was a sign stating 3 hour only parking) but Allison assured us the 3 hour parking was only Mon-Fri 8 am - 10 pm with a camera facing the car all night & she was right. Had no other issues.

The staff. KAMAL, MICHAEL and Josh were so welcoming. I really enjoyed talking to then. Kamal was so helpful and gave me some good places to visit...ie Solvang, CA! I Liked the coffee machine dispenser and the morning treat..Danishes and other small breaded goodies. My room was large. The pillows were soft and so comfy. Location was great...I walked to many places and so many restaurants to select. The Hollywood sign was a quick 11 min drive.

The pool...from the website photos, it looked bigger Way too small and I was just uncomfortable to swim. This really isn't a big deal. The parking is tight in the front but they do have the alley to park as well Burbank is one of the safest neighborhoods. Google it!

Have really enjoyed our stay at The Tangerine. Location is in a very safe area with a 15 or so minute walk to Wholefoods and an amazing Mexican restaurant that we enjoyed right next door. Rooms are spacious and very clean with A/C for warmer days. The water pressure for the shower was good. Pastries and a really decent unlimited coffee machine in the reception area were a great touch to our stay. The heated pool was enjoyable after a full day of exploring. Very close to Warner bros and universal studios so handy if that’s your reason to stay in this area. Would highly recommend The Tangerine!

The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, the decor was fun, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great. We stayed here to go to Universal and it was maybe a 10 minute drive to get to the park. The hotel is also nearby some great restaurants, Don Cuco, Olive and Thyme, and especially Novo Cafe. There's also parking available at the back of the hotel, although it might be full if you're the last one back for the night.

The tub faucet had a constant drip, but otherwise worked fine. The A/C unit in our room had a busted vent flap that wouldn't stay up; I ended up wedging some toilet paper in it to keep it positioned so that the room would cool down.
