First of all, I am returning bird was at 2021 Olive apartment in Burbank. Burbank one of the safest, cleanest and sunniest (hottest) area in Los Angeles. Close to the 2021 Olive apartment just stronthrow away local supermarkets and many shops.Such as, Aldi or Whole Food Market,Mc Donald's , Taco Bell etc.The closest Metro station from the 2021 Olive apartment is the Universal City station by N155 Metro bus which take 16 minutes.The local people's are friendly and approachable. Literally, Burbank is a gemstone in LA because no graffitis or any criminal gang.Even you could find a Gun shop and absolutely safe the area even with your family if you want to go some stroke. The apartment during my stay was all the time quite what I expected. Also, the apartment is family friendly and welcomable.

It's pitty that the apartment has got same price all year around. In Europe, we have a pre , low and high seasons.Therefore the price is proportionally changing to the competitive markets.

Nice little place with an equipped kitchen, comfy room. Laundry room where all the necessities were. Clean and cozy. Nice pool in the courtyard. The way it was set up reminded me of Melrose place. This obviously used to be a small apartment complex of studios

There is no front desk at this location (there are two locations). Nobody on duty. Had to go find towels n TP in the laundry room. Our shampoo n conditioner bottles had been opened n used but I brought my own so no big deal. I would stay here again. The rooms are really cozy n nice so it out weighed the other minor inconveniences

Great base location with easy parking access. We felt safe. The property was quiet and well kept. We had 2 rooms.The smaller room was tiny but well furnished and the shower was small but good water pressure. Our other bigger room was lovely, well decorated and very large.The beds were comfortable, and the furniture was modern and updated.The pool looked inviting, but the weather was too cold for us to try.

We had to upgrade one of our rooms as they were so tiny and were charged for all 4 nights upgrade instead of 3. The pictures are very misleading on the size. The upgraded studio was much bigger and very nice, but quite a bit more. There is no option for clean towel exchange or trash removal after 4 days with only one towel per person. Staff was friendly and professional, but there was no way to contact them except in an emergency unless during office hours that were limited to just 5 hours a day. Overall, we liked our stay and would return.

Room was spacious and very clean. The spacious kitchen was so nice to have- the bed was comfortable. Nice to have dresser and desk. The courtyard was very pretty- I like the way all the rooms are around the pool and courtyard and have outside entrance. I like having the coded locked gate for entry to complex.

Bathroom has no place to put toiletries or clothes. Didn't like that there were no hangers in closet. Kitchen didn't have a towel, washcloth, pot holder or dish rack for drying dishes. (had to use bath towels) No microwave bowl - didn't see any bowls in kitchen.

The location was fantastic, as it was central to the places I needed to go to.

There was no dish sponge or dish cloth in the kitchen to wash dishes with. There was a clump of human hair on the floor at the base of the bathroom sink. The shower had low pressure, which combined with the unusually low shower head and a shelf close by next to the shower head made for unsatisfactory showers. My brother and I kept on bumping our heads, shoulders, and elbows on the shelf in order to stay positioned under the stream of water.

The room felt like it was newly refurbished. everything was clean with the exception of the blinds (which made me think about how filthy the curtains in most hotels must be). Everything nice and white with brand new furniture and clean smell. Perfect for my teenage boys that won’t sleep together or sleep with me. We had three beds. we didn’t use it but there is a bus line that goes right by and takes you to universal studios. Great place and I will try to book next time we come down to the Los Angeles area. oh yeah, pool is not heated.

nothing not to like.

Came here for a three day vacation to universal studios and everything was great clean family room with kitchen everything is close by from a 10 min drive to universal and restaurants to grab a bite as well as Walmart is 15 min drive.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the water pressure from the bathroom it seem like at any moment we were gonna run out of water but other then that everything else was great

Location was great. The 2611 W Olive building is located next to a beautiful neighborhood around where we walked before going to bed enjoying the atmosphere. Hollywood, the sign and studios are very close. The area seemed nice and safe with multiple food options (mostly Latin food). The GM quickly helped us get situated remotely because we showed up after the office was closed but there is no other service otherwise unless you call them.

The room was a bit humid and everything felt dated. The shower head was just below my chin level (I am 6'4") which led to weird showering angles and water on the floor.

The location was great, not far from Universal Studios and very minimal traffic at night due to office buildings and residential area near by! The room was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with basic cooking utensils. The staff was very helpful as well with our questions. The building has more of an apartment setting than a hotel which was also nice🙂

The AC unit did not suffice the cooling needs in the evening. We were arriving each night between 9 and 11 PM and the room was pretty warm. Maybe an awning in front of the window that faces the sunset might help or a different type of unit.

This location worked out perfectly for us while visiting our son and his family in Burbank. It is a classic style L.A. location with two floors of rooms surrounding a pool. Much better price than nearby hotels. It was easy access from the parking lot through a locked gate (they provide code) to the room. We had a first floor room which made it easy for the most part (see issues below). The best part is that although this was the smallest room, it was still quite comfortable and has separate very ample sized kitchen and a closet/bathroom, both of which can be closed off to keep heat in. (It was pretty chilly when we were there.) The heater worked well and was not very noisy. We will definitely stay here again should we need accommodations in the area. I recommend booking through the 2021 Olive website for the best deal.

Given how much we like this place, we had to put up with a very heavy rainstorm that filled the walkway outside our room with water over our feet. We had to try to get in and out of the room without getting soaked. Not easy! When we checked out we ended up taking off our shoes and socks and wading through the courtyard and hallway carrying our luggage. I hope they do something about the drainage. Also, communication is good, but when we arrived no one was there. Fortunately we knew the room number and they left the door open with the key in the room. People are in the office during regular business hours.
