Large room, very comfortable bed. Parking in the hotel's parking garage, but at an extra cost of $25 + tax. Fitness center + swimming pool in good condition. The area around the hotel is extremely nice and appaered safe, with nice restaurants in close walking distance. Also, very good food at the hotel's café and restaurant.

- No option to book a breakfast buffet. (However, the breakfast dishes at the hotel's café tasted so good, extremely good quality) - Parking cost per night (seems to be standard, though, in and around L.A..) - a bit far away from L.A. beaches (but not far away from Universal Studios)

Beds were comfy. Coffee in suit was decent. Text messages with questions to the staff was easy and they replied within 10 minutes. Our 2 queen room was spacious. Little café seemed good but didn't get a chance to go. Metrolink station and a few restaurants are walking distance

Bathroom needed some care. Bathroom sink handle for cold water was very hard to open. Some areas of the bathroom walls were peeling. We only got 1 cup for the room coffee. The person that checked us in seemed annoyed to be answering questions. Elevators were slow and there was no info telling us when or were the amenities were, usually there is info in the room or a QR code with the info.

The main reason I stay here is the location. The shops and restaurants along San Fernando Blvd are a real plus factor. The other major factor is the price. The Burbank is an old hotel but well-kept and quite comfortable. It's the tallest building in the area so easy to find. Shopping malls are not far away - Walmart, Costco and many others. The real bargain at Burbank is the in-house washing machines and dryers in the basements of both towers. US$2.25 for a wash and the same for drying. Happy to stay here during my next visit.

Expensive car park considering it was empty. Bathroom was poorly lit and hot tap very difficult to move.

I stayed for two weeks. The proximity of the hotel to the shopping area of San Fernando Bld. was a big bonus. the suite I booked was large and had an interesting view of the Los angeles hills. The staff were very helpful when I sought information or advice. Both buildings has a coin operated laundry room. This was great for a long stay. I intend to stay here again in February 2025. If you are smart bring a HDMI cable and watch all your shows (Netflix etc.) free.

Whilst the suites have a small kitchen facility (microwave, bar refrigerator and sink) there were no plates or cutlery. This was a little strange. Possibly a hangover from Covid days?

We had at least 1 meal a day there. Everything we had was excellent. My daughter especially liked the Avacado Toast, she had it every morning. For dinner the Mahi Mahi Tacos were excellent, the salads were very good. The burgers were delicious as well. The hotel is centrally located in Burbank, right off of I 5. The prices were good & overall great stay at the hotel. Clean & comfortable beds. A nice secure covered parking garage. Great staff as well.

Very large room. Lovely modern hotel with a comfy bed and easy parking. Staff were helpful but not obstructive. Thing I love - they will let you take the luggage trolley, unpack and take your own luggage up to your room. No tipping pressure!! Lobby area is really nice. Loads of restaurants and eateries nearby.

Rooms aren't cleaned every day (as a covid policy), means the coffee doesn't get replaced and you don't get new cups. Available on request of course. There is not a utensil or a cup in the room, other than the disposable cups. It's a minor niggle only.

Very clean! It was in a great location, and had everything we needed. The two strongest points were the employees and the cafe. We only ate breakfast there, but everything was fresh, tasty and piping hot. (Even the room service) Prices were very reasonable. The employees were so friendly and had a smile every time we spoke to them. We are so happy we found this place and will be back, for sure!

Only issue we had was that the outlets on the lamps next to the bed didn’t work; we couldn’t use them to charge our phones. With the amount of use they get, I imagine they need to be changed out frequently.

Safe srooundings, safer areas, lots of restaurants nearby, and food stores, pharmacy, the hotel has a great garage space I took a truck Ford, there’s a mall close by and In and out , It’s a 15 minute to 25 minutes depending on traffic close to the Dodgers stadium, and to the Griffith Observatory.

No thing to bother some just the Air Conditioner was to cold, but we went in November just bring extra blanket.Also that they didn’t give you a notice that you have to leave a deposit when you get there. And keep in mind you pay for parking when you get there.
