High room price

The patio area was beautiful and welcoming . I loved that there was a fire pit and covered tables and chairs . The pool was the perfect temperature . The jacuzzi was also the perfect temperature and a good size. You didn’t feel like you were all sitting on top of each other .

There really isn’t anything didn’t like about the hotel.

The location is very near to our family. The Bistro was very good.

Since the renovation the amenities were removed. The room had only two drawers for clothes, no clock, no microwave, no safe, no bathroom cups, minimal toiletries, housekeeping only every other day, by request, weak WiFi that required signing in every time, and $22 daily to park the car in what used to be a free lot.

Clean and good location. The breakfast was excellent! Staff in the restaurant were equally as excellent.

Shower head was horrible and water pressure low. AC kept turning on for no reason when the heat was on (just switched over) made the room very cold.

Quiet location close to a large supermarket and several restaurants. Not too far from the Zoo and Universal. Didn't use the gym, pool or Bistro so unable to comment further.

Why charge customers $22 a night to park a car at the hotel is just ridiculous. The suite is ample payment without ripping you off.

Great location! The front desk staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff greeted us with smiles in the hallways and elevator. The two staff members working the kitchen breakfast were outstanding! The cook/server brought our food out and was very attentive and courteous to our needs. Overall, great staff and comfortable stay

Lots of trash outside.

Stayed one night for a Universal Studios trip and the location was perfect. The staff member at the front desk, whose name I cant remember, was very welcoming and made check in a breeze. The hotel is maybe a 5 minute walk from a great shopping center with a ton of different dining and shopping options. This hotel made our trip great and will continue to be my first choice when revisiting the area.

It’s very clean and large room for a groups of people, it even have a go through door which is good for families.

I don’t like the idea for their breakfast, I wish they make clear of the breakfast family for groups. For breakfast they only offer 2 adults and 1 child package only despite of all adults in the room and it’s disappointing.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Everyone I talked with was really nice.

Lighting - the room was kind of dark. Also, needed more waste baskets or place for compost garbage
