The staff is really friendly. There was only one person that worked the front desk that wasn’t very friendly and seemed bothered by basic questions or needs. We were there due to fire evacuations. Most of the longer tenants were friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom and a tub in the bathroom that was comfy. Outdoor space with a pool and jacuzzi. Great WiFi for streaming and such. Pastries and coffee in the lobby in the morning and water out all day. They went out of their way and ordered pizza for all the evacuees and I thought that was pretty badass.

It was rather worn down but they did explain that they’re going into renovation mode for the Olympics so there’s that.

Place is amazing but what I really lived was the customer service. Reception area check in check out was easy and there was a certain employee there that was so kind always to me and my 2 kids. I can't remember his name but u know he was Filipino. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Housekeeping was also amazing out room was always clean and they were all so friendly. I am definitely booking here for any future booking. Everything was amazing, comfortable, quiet, clean, and friendly. Thank you!

I did like that it was very clean! I always take my clorox wipes to clean when I stay in any hotel and this place was super clean! I really appreciated that!

I did not like that I was in a non smoking area and in the morning the cigarette smoke was so strong; my allergies flared. It smiled like they were right outside my door. And also, the person who checked me in....extremely nice. The person who checked me out...not nice at all I'm sorry to say

I loved that it is located ON the Van Nuys airport. I love that you can step outside of the back and have private jets sitting right there. I enjoyed all the aviation memorabilia! Most of, Gary, the host, was super helpful, extremely cheerful and full of information! When I stay there again I hope I am able to work with him again!

I know it's not the fault of the hotel but it's still hard for me to deal with the smell of marijuana and the hotel lobbies and hallways were filled with the skunky scent. Sadly that's the case of a lot of hotels nowadays.

Clean room , location, comfortable bed the the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The pool area is very nice.

The water pressure to shower was not working . The shower head was not working well. It would be nice if they had microwaves and refrigerator in the room.

Property is very clean, staff were efficient and nice. Willing to help with any issues.

Parking lot definitely needs a lot of improvement. The concrete is pretty bad when it came to park on top of big holes due to no more parking availability.

Exceptionally clean very friendly staff very accommodating. Love this hotel great coffee complimentary in the morning with breakfast. Lovely pool area highly recommended. Very close to everything bus lines great food you can't go wrong with this place go through a third party for a gracious time

Great spacious hotel by the van nuys,airport. Quiet and clean. Convenient location

Hotel is older so it needs updating, change of all the old carpets in the hallways and need to open its cafe & restaurant.

The flexibility to extend our stay and the proximity to a low-cost transportation station to the Los Angeles airport.

Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room and, in the hallway, of marijuana.

I liked the easy check in and liked the service that the employees gave

I didn’t like that there was no coffee machine or refrigerator in the room, also there were no vending machines working. I also didn’t like that the ice machine was all the way down in the lobby. Phone number to the desk didn’t work.
