I’m currently on a road trip by myself and this hotel gave me everything I wanted I.e price location. They even have security guards patrolling parking lot along with the cctv. This is not a prestigious hotel by any means but excellent value for money, I’ve paid quite a bit more for a lot worse.i was able to leave car safely here while I used uber etc to sight see because I wasn’t sure of LA parking prices n traffic seemed bad. I’ll definitely stay here again on return trip

In house restaurant isn’t owned/run by the hotel and closed the 2 nights I stayed. I drove to a local Armenian restaurant first night (around 1-2 mile away and was very impressed). Second night I really didn’t want to leave hotel for food but again restaurant closed so drove other direction to Wingstop (yes I could of used uber eats or similar for delivery but the time scale n price hike wasn’t worth it on my eyes)

It looks dated and it is literally right next to the I-5. Despite those initial reactions, the staff was resort level friendly and the place was very clean. I did not hear the road noise except as white noise in the background, and slept very well. In fact, I had to head south on the I-5 the next morning, and the exit was about 100 yards from the parking lot. Very good security. I also enjoyed a Cuban breakfast at Sotos Cuban Kitchen.

Perhaps closer to the airport, but since the staff, cleanliness and food were way about expectations, I would say people who were nervous about the location right next to the I-5 might object, and I was concerned at first, but the very heavy doors gave a measure of soundproofing that made the location an non-issue for me.

When we first showed up we were thinking it was not the greatest of hotels because the outside of the hotel is not the greatest it's older. When we walked in we changed our minds quickly. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Don't judge a book by its cover😄 very clean and comforting. The staff was very friendly, check in was easy. I really liked the gated parking area. The room was updated, it was comfortable, clean and quiet. California isn't the safest place but I didn't feel unsafe or uncomfortable in anyway during our 5 days here. If I ever do go to California again I will stay at this hotel. The surrounding area was also clean and didn't have any issues.

This was the best vacation there isn't any thing I did not like. I will stay here any time I travel to California

This was a practical room, not for leisure. For me, cleanliness is number one, and the room was very clean, bedding and bathroom spotless. The facility was clean as well. Staff were very friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. No room service knocking on my door while sleeping. Overall, excellent value as the price was below average for the area. Good location is adjacent to major freeway for quick travel access.

Somewhat noisy as it's right next to the highway and you can hear traffic. The hotel offers few amenities which is fine at the price range, but it's not near any retail either for getting food or supplies.

Room was clean and remodeled. Flooring was a bit uneven but ok. Convenient location to airport and interstate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both night and day shift staff were awesome and super friendly! They accommodated a first floor room for us when we requested one at checkin. The room was very clean. I know most reviews at hotels say clean rooms when they really aren't ie. dirty bedding, dirty bathrooms, hair in tub, etc. But this place was spotless! The beds were incredibly comfortable- one of the best nights sleep I've had at any hotel. Parking was close to the room. One of the best stays we've had! We wanted to stay close to Universal Studios and this hotel is right down the street!

I been staying here everytime I go to California . Will continue to do my reservations here.

The restaurant inside the property is not really good at all, is given Ramada bad name , we eate there for breakfast. It was terrible .maybe chain should give continental breakfast like were used to. Feel bad to say that but food was cold ,pancakes were uncooked we barely have butter .anyways. sorry but breakfast was terrible. Thanks

it was clean, bed confortable. room was quiet despite the location near highway of the hotel. staff was really helpful, i also was able with their help to wash my clothes and dry them which was great.

the water from the pool was freezing cold so i could not enjoy the pool. also poor variety of gym equipment and in bad condition almost broken. no personel also near the pool and other guests were noisy and left garbage behind them

Very comfortable, large rooms which was nice due to us being there for quite a number of nights! Liked that there was parking behind a gate as that made us feel the car was secure. The pool was also very nice!

We had accidentally booked our check in for a day earlier than intended (our fault not the hotel’s), however we had no phone call, email or message asking about our whereabouts which would have been nice as we turned up the following day oblivious to the fault and our reservation had been marked as no show. The lovely gentleman at the front desk managed to restore our booking for the remaining nights so crisis averted but just would have appreciated the hotel reaching out to alert us if we hadn’t turned up to check in so we could have advised we were still coming for the booking and explained the mix up especially as we had driven all the way from San Francisco and would have been very stuck if all the rooms were unavailable especially due to already prepaying for the room.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff we interacted with were kind, friendly and helpful. We had a nice view from the 4th floor. A great value for the price and a good location as a home base. Easy to navigate to various freeways to get you where you want to go.

I was a little concerned with the parking situation. We checked in fairly late on our first day and there were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. I was worried about our rental car and if someone would try to follow us. They do have security measures and staff in place to keep an eye on the property. Nothing happened to our rental car and all entries to the hotel that don't have staff posted there require room key access- so it ended up fine.
