The front desk employee by the name of Jessica, received my family with such grace and professionalism her attitude is the kind that one wants to see upon checking into a hotel. I traveled with 15 people and she treated each one in a friendly manner, going out of her way to give my grandchildren color crayons and books and a small tick tack toe toy for my grandson who enjoyed it very much. Would like to add the servers in the restaurant, handled my big family each morning as we had breakfast in a friendly manner and made sure we all got our meals and drinks.

The pool on the second floor was dirty, the water was cold and my grandkids were not able to use it on the day the main pool was reserved for a private party.

I loved the pool on the second floor and sunbathing there. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. It's lovely that they offer a shuttle to Universal Studios, with a lovely driver who shared good tips. Liked the gym as well, just missed rowing.

The coffee machine in the room was old and not good. It's a shame no breakfast was included in the price. The first room they gave me smelled weird, but luckily they offered me another one very quickly, it was likely due to them washing the carpets and a humidity smell might have remained.

The maids were AMAZING!!! They cleaned daily and made sure we had what we needed. The bed was clean and very comfortable. As a single mom, I really appreciated that. The location is close to Universal and Warner.

Security and the Burbank Poolside, there was no one looking in to see anything. A few of us families were there then a CROWD of drunks and their families came over from the other pool and literally took OVER the entire area, it was their personal party space. 15 kids under the age of 10 crowded the hot tub! Ridiculous, they brought in alcohol by the loads and music it was awful. Not 1 Marriott employee came to assist.

The front desk could not find reservation booked through you. Even though we all had email confirmations right there on our phone, it was as if they have nothing to do with you. It took 20 minutes at 9 at night as I was checking son in for his vacation.

All locations, disavow you whenever there is an issue and put the blame on you.

Riley checked us into the hotel and when I mentioned to him that last year, I had access to the concierge lounge he added it to my room and my colleagues. We were leaving very early in the morning for a shuttle to the airport, so we did not get to take advantage of the breakfast or desserts, but we did stop by right before 930pm to grab an apple and banana to eat for breakfast the next morning on the plane! Very helpful since most places were closed at the Burbank airport that early in the morning when our plane left. Thank you Riley! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

The breakfast was great. I wasn't able to use all my breakfast vouchers due to my schedule at the CTNX this week. I was able to enjoy 2 of the 4 vouchers. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was great. I appreciate the hotel staff keeping the room refreshed and tidy when I was out. It was great to have the coffee/tea maker to heat up water along with the mini fridge.

The wifi wasn't stable and often disconnected from my devices. I had to use my own phone data to get a stable internet connection.

Bed was pretty comfortable. I've been to some hotels where the beds were too firm. Room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. Location was very convenient for my stay. All around, an enjoyable stay.

Parking, I paid $24 per day during my stay for the convention I was attending. I saw a sign posted at the entrance to the parking lot I was parked in, that stated, "Event Parking $21". I did not speak to anyone about the price difference, guess I should have.

Seems all pomp And glitter on the surface. ROOMS NEEDS an OVERHAUL AND PRICES NEED TO BE REEVALUATED. WAY TOO MUCH COST FOR SUBPAR ROOMS.

We checked in late and they very kindly allowed us to have access to the lounge where there were snacks because all the restaurants were closed. This was quite nice.

I wanted to extend for a night and the prices on extending were absolutely high watering so I then stayed at their companion property downtown the Marriott courtyard

The staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby, restaurant, and outside bar were lovely as well.

The rooms and hallways looked run down and need a HUGE renovation. The first room they put us in, the sheer drapes were ripped in places. We asked for an accessible room and the bathroom had a really deep tub with bars that my Mom couldn't get in and out of which was not accessible. They moved us to another room with a walk in shower which was much better.
