It felt like a boutique Hotel. They had coffee all day, tea, hot chocolate, and water at your disposal. You could also purchase snacks in their little shop. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. The room was comfortable with no weird light flashing like other hotels and it was dark. The vicinity is right next to Highway five, but you couldn’t hear it at all. It was a nice experience which was well needed due to the experience of why I had to be there!

Staff was welcoming and helpful, especially when I had to add an extra night stay. The Parking Valet system works fantastic and the guys and gals hustling cars do a great job. Although housekeeping is by request, the ladies on our floor would still check to see if we needed anything. The employees taking care of the breakfast kitchen/dining areas were always friendly and there was always coffee, tea etc, as well as creamers, utensils and napkins. Decent choice of breakfast fare as well. Our entire stay is what I have come to expect from the Hampton.

If anything…and I mean anything, the link sausage at breakfast was kind of bland. The patty style was much better. But that’s all I’ve got under “What didn’t I like” which isn’t enough to hang a hat on…even a small hat.

I like the fact it was dog friendly. Bella My puppy was always greated by Naomi she was very helpful. Naomi also helped with purchasing our universal studio tickets. The breakfast was also big plus! Delicious options Daniel in charge of breakfast was always on it, making sure everyone is taken care of especially on Christmas day I also enjoyed talking football with him as he also gifted Christmas lights for our outing to universal. The cleaning lady also organized our mess witch was amazing Valet crew were also Rockstars! Thanks for your greetings

Room bit small beds smaller than expected

The room was nice n clean. Free pumps of shampoo, conditioner n bodywash. Free breakfast was great with alot of choices. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, coffee, oj, hot cocoa etc. Staff were very friendly n inviting. We plan to definitely return for our next vacation.

Sofa bed was not for sleeping.. Free parking was across the street on the street or a bit far. The TV kept going offline, wouldn't work half the time we were there..

Included breakfast which was great. All staff members that I had contact with throughout my stay we're all very pleasant.

Well this is nothing against the location themselves individually, more against one of the standing policies at not just this hotel but pretty much every hotel. POOL HOURS! It's a shame they close at 10:00 p.m. especially in the summer time when it's still 70+ degrees outside and you're not ready to go into your room for the night. Plus, with a nice pool area such as the one at this location with a nice fire pit and really comfortable outdoor furniture. And also a bummer they don't open the pool any earlier than 8:00 a.m. which means the following day, when it's time to check out, You can maybe go sit out there for 2 hours and that's before the nice part of the day. But I get it, I don't think it's a policy that'll ever change just because one person is asking.

rooms comfortable and clean parking : valet only, but they were efficient breakfast was good, breakfast room was comfortable with plenty of tables, always kept clean cookies and milk in lobby from 6 to 8 p.m. Freshly baked and good.

we prefer to access our car ourselves, but valet was required.

Megan at the front desk was so so so so sweet!! She did a great job engaging with each customer like they were special and she remembers my name despite the countless people who were coming and going. They also had white chocolate cranberry cookies which are my favorite! The shuttle was super convenient and the man driving was very kind and polite. It was raining and I felt bad that he was opening the door for me but I also recognized that it was part of the job. Even when the shuttle was coming to pick me up the family exiting before I got into it told me that I was going to really enjoy my stay! They really talked up the hotel and it lived up to the expectations which was pleasantly surprising. It was about 10 minutes from Burbank airport and overall was a lovely time!

I dropped half my waffle in the water container under the machine :( but that was my fault lol. The only actual criticism is that there was no good set up or lighting for doing make up

The room was perfect and cozy . Different Breakfast everyday. Thru had so much sitting place outside my room . Valet was great! You text for your car and it was ready .

Front desk is horrible. They don’t acknowledge you . One of the girls was xitlali. Horrible and unprofessional. They did the same thing to my sister .

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and shower. Also an extra lounge chair which was great. Another nice thing was that all the lights had their own light switches so that they can be adjusted separately rather than just one switch with all lights connected!! Parking was available but it was an extra $25 for valet parking which was easier than driving down in to the very narrow garage....but expensive on top of a pretty expensive room.

The breakfast was not much to speak of.

Nice hot tub and pool, although location is outside, and noisy depending on rush hour traffic. Parking was valet. Glad it was available. The "milk and cookies" are always a nice touch.

The room above me had a lot of moving noise around 2:00 A.M. and then again at 5 A.M. Thought it might be a Housekeeping room, but I think it was just late arrivals.
