Terrible breakfast. Ask for an extra blanket for the room was told they don’t keep any extra blankets for rooms very rude night person on Friday night

This hotel is in a beautiful neighborhoo with restaurants at walking distance. It's really clean and super quiet and not to mention the comfy beds that allow you to have a resful night and to wake up to a breakfast buffet 😍 and if you bring a car it's safe in a indoor parking. Plus, you can take an Uber to Universal it was like 15 mins away from the hotel, about $ 12. This is the best hotel we ever stay near Universal hollywood 🙌 😍

Immaculate perfectly decorated rooms, clean facilities, decent breakfast. Plenty towels. Good free underground parking, easy to access. Convenient Baggage racks in rooms.

Very low water pressure & flow. Hard to wash long hair. Small towels, no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom near the sink. No hooks on the bedroom doors to hang towels. No way to get a tv guide on the TV. Tvs dated. Noisy air con.

We stayed for 2 nights. We were able to uber to Universal Studios for cheaper than their daily parking fee. We also appreciated the free parking and breakfast. The beds were so comfortable and so welcome after a full day at U.S. our only complaint is that the waffle stuck to the waffle maker. There was nothing to oil it before hand.

I loved it, very nice friendly staff, clean as well! It was walking distance to several eateries, minutes away from universal it was awesome. Breakfast was well maintained and managed

I wish there was more vending machines available, I’ll pay a pretty penny for easy convenience and snacks

The staff was very helpful and promptly responded to requests, location is very convenient and quiet.

Shower could take improvement, towels definitely need to be renovated and they unbelievably don’t have a corkscrew on premises 😎 Also a vendor machine with some offers of a variety of wines could save trips to nearby marketplaces.

The hotel was clean, big room. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Breakfast area was small and it was crowded. The hotel is 8 minute drive from Universal Studio and it is easy to use Uber for travelling there. Plenty of places to eat close to the hotel and a 24hour good foodstore also nearby.

They were not very eager to take garbage out. In the parking garage the garbage hill around the dustbin grew bigger every day. And no garbage take out from our room also during 3-night stay. It was written that it is done every day, but probably it was an old sign. As LA is not a cheap place to stay I probably should consider the price we paid quite ok, but it still feels like that for this money I would have expected a bit more.

Hotel was very comfortable. Looked upgraded. Breakfast was good and well maintained (nothing was missing and if it did was fast to resolve). Room was very spacious.

Room had a bit of a smell like the window was not opened and it was dusty. Once we opened up the air conditioner the smell disappeared. We asked for extra bed/mattress and they could not accommodate ( I asked for a small crib size mattress) also i've asked for extra blankets (we were 5) and we wanted each to have a separate blanket and by the time we arrived the house keeping were away and they said they cannot accommodate. we received only sheets. It was hot anyhow so it was sufficient. but could have been nice to receive it.

Room cleaning could be better. Bathtub was new but bath curtain smelled bad… Paid almost the same for the Palazzo at the Venetian in LA at the very same week…

The location!!! It was close to Universal studios Hollywood and also the Burbank airport. The staff was amazing and super nice!!! When booking a hotel, I ALWAYS make sure there is continental breakfast served bc it is a MUST for my family and I and….. this breakfast was soooo good. It held over all morning and, we didn’t have to eat anything until late afternoon. This hotel is my 1st choice if I come back to Universal studios and, I will recommend it to everyone I know😁

It’s not what I didn’t like but, it’s more like what I suggest regarding the Continental breakfast. It would be nice if there was a area where you can wash your hands before touching the serving spoons and other food related items or have hand sanitizer within the dining area would be nice.
