Had plenty room for my family, beds comfortable, has a great gym, has a pool. Laundry located conveniently & front desk was always helpful in giving us change & the whole staff was friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast included. Coffee & water always available. Food could also be ordered at the bar later at night, which was very helpful on a cpl occasions, with plenty of seating for families, & sports on the tv.

Pool is indoor/outdoor, not fully enclosed so you’re exposed to the elements, heated but not that heated, so it was a chilly experience to swim in the evening. Pool is also on the small/shallow side, & the seating area is small, so if more than our family was using at the same time, it would feel crowded. The breakfast could use a little management, a little more variety & planning of the flow/layout, a host/attendant. Food through bar could have a more kid-friendly option like chicken tenders, plain cheeseburger (burger was spicy, which was fine for me, but if I was getting one for a young child, it wouldn’t work) The parking is valet-only (if there was a free option off the property, I’m not sure where it was) so this added several hundred dollars to our stay.

The location was near perfect. It's a 5 min walk to the massive Galleria mall and across the road from a CVS which has the essentials. Easy walking to buses which we took frequently (LA public transport on the other hand, awful). Very safe area. The hotel was nice, great staff. We asked if there was a microwave we could use and within 5 mins one was brought up to our room. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, very spacious. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food but it was fine (usually a rotation of canadian bacon, breakfast potatoes, hash browns, French toast sticks, waffles, and scrambled eggs). Lots of other cold food and breads available.

The valet need to learn the word 'no'. We got out of our uber and they were immediately at us to get us out and get out bags. I understand they wanted a tip but I am capable of getting out and handling my own bags. I said 'no, I'll do it' multiple times and they kept grabbing my stuff which was inappropriate. My room was also very noisy. It was a corner room and I got a lot of traffic noise from two very busy streets. I was also right next to the stairwell which people used throughout the night, slamming the door each time. Definitely not a soundproof hotel.

Great walking distance to the Glendale Galleria and The Americana at Brand. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. It’s a very convenient location, and the staff was very friendly

The complimentary breakfast was not good. The eggs were powdered eggs and the waffles were hard and stale. The breakfast buffet was messy and staff was not keeping up with the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Also the hallways were very hot and the rooms did not cool down very well.

I was able to check in early . The staff was really welcoming and helpful. Valet was great, pricey but car was taken and brought back in a timely manner . Multiple vehicle request, and I didn't feel like a burden. 24 hour valet is definitely a great bonus.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were just hard but may have felt more springs then anything. breakfast had a reasonable fee per person, but the variety of options are slim.

Excellent service from the valet when I forgot to bring a file I needed. He fetched my car, let me get what I needed, and reparked the car - all with great grace. Even though this is not technically the hotel's purview, it does impact how customers feel.

The breakfast fruit could have been fresher (it had that "alcohol" taste of day old fruit.) Not a biggie - there was lots of choice. Loved the donut holes!

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Nice pool. Great breakfast buffet and above all very nice area. Quiet, safe and very pleasant to walk around. The Americana Brand shopping centre near is great with good options and a fountain in the centre! Lots of great options to eat out.

A bit far away from attractions but the movie studios and Griffins observatory are close by. I would stay there again!

This is a good hotel to stay if you are visiting Hollywood and Warner Bro's Studios. Very close to attractions in LA and locations like Rodeo drive. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The rooms have basic amenities like a coffee machine and a fridge. They also offer a good breakfast. Overall, very good hotel to stay when visiting LA.

The parking is a little bit expensive ($27+Tax). The rooms do not have a microwave. Also, the rooms need little maintenance and should also include an ice bucket.

Loved the location. It was close to all the places we wanted to go. 20-minute drive to Universal Studios and Dodgers stadium. We walked to the galleries, Portos bakery, 85°C bakery, and all our favorite restaurants and stores were walking distance. The staff was super nice and friendly, always greeting you no matter the time you showed up. My kids loved going to breakfast and the pool. We will definitely book again in future family vacations.

I'm not a big fan of valet parking due to bad experience. Wish the parking lot was bigger or more open for those who prefer to park on their own. So we decided to park in the building that was next to the hotel. Still, it was super close to the main entrance.

As soon as I walked in, Dominic was there to greet us with a pleasant and professional smile. He was kind and asked us where we came from, explained the hours of operation for the pool and other amenities. The beds were firm (just how I liked it), and the sheets felt and smelled clean. My bare feet were not dirty from walking on the carpet. It was quiet; we did not hear anyone in the next room above or under us. We also did not hear any traffic, so we slept in nicely. The breakfast was good. Food was good quality and tasty. Everything was hot and fresh or cold and kept cold.

It's not a huge issue, but it would have been nice if the parking structure was under the hotel or somehow connected to the building. I appreciate the fact that there was security. However, walking out of the parking garage in the cold and at night did not feel the safest. Also, each night, we saw a homeless person set up camp in the building next to the parking garage, and it was awkward seeing them as we walked to the hotel. The day we checked out, someone urinated in the parking garage and smelled horrible.
