It was a great location, close to Universal Studios and other locations we wanted to visit. The staff were more than happy to help, always friendly. Lots of parking, which was included in the price of the stay. It was amazing value for money. The kids loved the pop tart breakfast each morning. There was a large fridge with a small freezer compartment in the room and kettle, with access to a microwave downstairs. The whole family loved the camel in the lobby.

We had a few ants in the bathroom which we had to get rid of, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I like the location. It is near Portos, the Americana and Galleria. Commute is accessible. Moreover, I loved the bed since it is comfortable, has cooler temperature and spacious room. Also, staff are accommodating and helpful. We appreciate the fact that there’s a grace period when it comes to check out.

The only negative that I have observed was, we spent 3 nights in a king deluxe room, it is outdated. My husband saw a small cockroach near the tv. We forgot to mention it to the receptionist. That’s why we opted to change our room. On our fourth night, we booked a double deluxe. The tv is slightly bigger and much cleaner than the previous room.

My girls and I booked at this location for a small girls trip to celebrate Halloween. We showed up later than our scheduled Check in time, but the Front desk was absolutely understanding and Very welcoming. The room was absolutely adorable. I was in love with the pink furniture and the style of the room. right before you hit the elevators, they have a vending machine from CVS for all medication’s in case you are feeling under the weather and A good selection of snacks and foods up in the lobby for purchase. The girls and I started our day with a relaxing soak Inside of their VERY clean jacuzzi. We did get lost trying to find the Jacuzzi, but the staff was very friendly and showed us the way and how to turn on the Jacuzzi as well. The price was amazing and was totally worth it! If you are planning a little girl trip And you need a nice hotel to stay at, Glendale express hotels is the place where it’s at! they also allowed us a late check out at 12 PM which gave us enough time to wake up After our night out, Shower, get ready and gather things. Amazing staff, amazing hotel, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Staff is always very friendly and we love the location of this hotel in Glendale, Caif.

When we arrive to check in at the hotel, they had no record of the 3 rooms that we booked a reservation for through Booking.com. What we didn't like was that Booking.com did not process our reservation through, although you did process funds for payment 2 weeks before arrival. And we spoke with YOUR REP. from Booking.com. HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP the situation. I feel that this was unacceptable from your customer service personal. It was a big inconvenience and I spent a about 40 minutes trying to figure everything out. Finally the Hotel Front desk clerk name Bonny' helped us.

It is quite good in terms of price and performance. The employees are very attentive and try to help in every way. The location of the hotel was quite good in terms of being close to the toll road and close to the center. The ability to order food from outside and the presence of a microwave and a small kitchen counter in the room were also very practical.

The shower head in the bathtubs is not very practical in terms of use as it does not come out. I don't know, maybe this type is generally used in America. But minor renovations in the bathrooms might be better…

Excellent staff, very kind and accommodating. This is a pet friendly hotel and they kept everything clean and friendly. I will definitely stay there again and the location is excellent. It's next to the 134 freeway but it was very quiet and in a good neighborhood. Extremely convenient to a horde of restaurants in downtown Glendale, but removed from the hustle and bustle. It is an older hotel, 80's? but still in great shape and well maintained. excellent value.

The staff went above and beyond. They were all super friendly and happy to help. We loved the guy on the desk with glasses - he noticed our little boy loved sharks and dinosaurs and gave him a special treat!! Thank you so much :) the lady on the desk also upgraded us to a bigger room with a kitchenette which was perfect for us with a child. There was a lovely cleaner keeping the lobby spotless, we loved the pop tart breakfast too. The hotel was perfect location for us visiting Universal and the rosebowl flea. Thanks so much again!

Nothing perfect !

The hotel was very nicely decorated in a retro style that matched the buildings history. It was right off the freeway which was super convenient. The staff was super helpful and even gave one of us a rubber ducky to take home. Would definitely stay there again.

To get to our room we walked through a cute hallway with fun art on the walls, lit with warm lights and a good atmosphere. Then we turned the corner and we’re in a hallway with florescent lighting with walls devoid of character. It was like being in a horror movie hallway. The beds were very hard which I’m sure is fine for some but all 4 of us had back pain from the beds.

The only problem with the location was there were no restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel itself didn’t have a restaurant so I pretty much lived on a muffin, bananas and protein drink

I wasn’t able to watch TV because it had to be hooked up to your cell phone and Wi-Fi. It would’ve been better just to have a remote to watch local channels second the breakfast was just a pop tart and coffee. It would be nice if they could offer rolls or cereal, something else, in addition
