i love the the beautiful, relaxing and private rooms. phenomenal hotel, I suspect underrated.

we woke a little last and running behind, not my much. i take full responsibility, and we swiftly packed, even cleaned and tided the space and left promptly. we were gone only 10 mins after agreed upon check-out. again, our fault. but i felt a bit snubbed by the staff. a gentleman knocked aggressively on the door prior to check out and his body language was cold, angry. essentially telling me (first warning) we needed to leave. we still had 10 mins left. i found this a little odd. we are quiet, simple, easy going normal folk. i was confused by this hostility. perhaps he had mistake us for some rambunctious 20 something crackheads. lol who knows. anyway, it's all good though. 5 stars amazing hotel 🙏🏻

The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned. Staff cleaned the room throughout our stay at the property. The staff we very polite and helpful with questions.

I didn't like how on the last day before checkout the cleaning staff came inside the room without knocking while sleeping at 7 am asking if we wanted room service.. Upon talking to the staff in the lobby they said they shouldn't go inside the rooms until after checkout and should've knocked before entering the room.

Decent place for the price. Renovated motel vibe and layout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walkung distance to downtown Glendale.

Mold around the shower tile and the drain didn’t work so well so the water flooded up to our ankles. On a less busy side of the street, walkable to downtown Glendale but would not recommend for solo female traveler

I liked the location of this property it’s close to like a mall and a bunch of restaurants you can walk there so that was nice. The room was a good size and it was mostly clean.

One thing that didn’t make me comfortable was the door of the room I was in there was a gap between the floor and the door which is odd because on the other side is the outside. I had to put a blanket to cover the gap and you could hear everything on the other side of the door because of the gap and the light from outside was coming in between the door. Also some of the outlets in the room wasn’t working. Also didn’t understand why we paid for a room and still had to pay a for parking which is dumb.

Nice location close to everything like the Galleria which is within walking distance. Staff were easy to work with, we lost something and they took care of it. Housekeeping did a great job.

The breakfast was just a coffee. For the price that wasn’t worth it. Pillows were a bit hard.

Clean, decent, room. Didn't run us out at 11 a.m. Good parking lot. Able to park right by the door. Free coffee and tea all day in coffee shop area. Seemed safe and secure. Nice looking pool and fitness center, if they are open.

We were supposed to have access to the pool and fitness room all day, and early evening, but they were locked every time we checked. They looked nice, though. Really a motel, not a hotel. Could have had continental breakfast.

Good position in the centre , comfortable and you can have light breakfast.

there is a noise in the room from the neighbours, and if you stay 2 night they don't change bed sheets as in other hotels do

The most i like is the staff and there smily faces and they are so much supportive slecialy Mr.. Samir i will miss him so much and for sure everytime i will visit los angeles i will stay in this place

Great location! Comfortable beds. The shower was very nice. Pleasant staff.

Rooms need a tall mirror and hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom. The door didn’t have a security lock. My husband had to wedge a chair against the door.

Very clean , quiet ,staff was great also the maids and most of all the jetted jacuzzi.

I didn’t like there was non smoking rooms. Didn’t have an elevator , wasn’t really wheelchair or handicap accessible
