I like the facilities. The breakfast and happy hour were tremendous. I like the two room suites. The reception area was wonderful.

I did not like the sewer odor in the bathroom. We tried twice to get maintenance to resolve the issue. Even though theirs efforts lessened the issue for a day it was back the next day or so. We decided we did not want to move rooms so we put up with it. We covered the shower drain with a towel and placed a trash can on it. Then we closed the bathroom at night.

It’s the fourth time we stayed here and we just love the room and the Mountain View plus the breakfast

Well, when I checked in, the lady told me that they’re upgrading my room, so I said, oh good! And said thank you, it turned out, they put us on with city view, so I went down to the receptionist and told her that i made reservations with Mountain View, she almost didn’t put me in on and said if we can wait until tomorrow, but after about 15 minutes, she found us a room with Mountain View, which at first, she said there’s no availability

breakfast was excellent, this is the catch for us as family love omelets. their chef us to make regular pancakes along with omelets for breakfast, I believe they remove this service,coffe is good but no French vanilla.

I been in this place 3 times this is the first time they try to charge me $15 per phone per night to get wifi I call front desk to ask why. they told me because I didn't made a reservation with embassy suites. by the way I am a member of embassy suites but the rooms were $100 extra per night that's why I went different route. I am Hilton member., but thought Hilton they didn't have available rooms I feel like they didn't give us full service customer. for not booking with them and watching my family budget instead.

We loved the room very spacious and it had a living room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We loved the free breakfast which had so many options. There was complimentary drinks during happy hour which was nice. We enjoyed the hot spa and gym. We loved everything about this hotel even the koi fish in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very nice and helpful.

I didn't care for the chicken Alfredo

Stay at Embassy suites quite often, was not happy no room cleaned, left in morning came back in evening, room not cleaned, trash not empty, beds not made, no towels, no tissue paper, left report at front desk no call back from management or staff, no apology very Dissatisfied

This is a beautiful property with exceptional staff, specifically Tony at the reception. Very helpful. Though we had a problem with the plumbing, he was quick to give us a new room. Breakfast was good. Very happy overall.

I liked how clean everything was, the room was clean and smelled clean. The parking garage was also clean and I felt comfortable leaving my car there without fear of damage or someone stealing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and the hotel felt safe and welcoming.

Good breakfast with custom omelettes every day. Helpful staff. Very quiet. Good bar. Good bed and shower. Nice couch.

Pillows were not supportive. Could have had more pastries. Ridiculous gift shop prices. Not many other restaurants nearby.

Reception staff did not go beyond way to accommodate us when we arrived earlier at the hotel. Staff said to wait until check in time. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am but did not even offer anything nor provided a phone number to call him back if our room was ready.

Breakfast good. Made fresh every morning! Room was comfortable. Bigger than what we thought we were getting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ordered room service for dinner. Took an hour to get to us because only one person was working that night. Management do better please!
