The staff was really helpful and friendly. I called to request a late check-in as we would probably be arriving after midnight, and they said it would be no problem. We were able to arrive and check in just before midnight, but I had peace of mind knowing we could have arrived a bit later and still had our room. The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. There was a nice TV, a microwave, a mini fridge, and an ironing board. The location was also great! It was really close to the festival we were in town for, and there was a really yummy Filipino restaurant right across the street. There was also on-site parking available, which when we looked at other hotels in the area, parking was off-site.

The bathroom was big, but the floor mat was not very clean. Everything else about the room and our stay was great.

Location was great, definitely will stay here again. There's many locations on this street but this will be my go place for when ever I'm in the area. gentleman in front desk was very kind , helpful, and answered all my questions. Definitely superb customer service. . Place was clean, it was quiet, the area was safe and my car felt safe. For me that's the most important part, safety, I felt safe staying there and my car. Bed was comfortable, clean, no stains, room was clean. Bathroom was clean,i felt comfortable staying here , AC worked. For the price I paid I didn't expect much but luckily the place was great and the price was perfect. No issues for me.

the only thing I didn’t like was that I kept stabbing my foot on the nails of the floor from the rooms carpet. I didn’t make a complaint about it because I didn’t want to be a pain in the rear or bother in general for the staff. I know I should have said something but I needed a place to stay for a few days so I just dealt with it by avoiding the main walk space to the bathroom. haha!

The staff was helpful, friendly and cheery. Parking appears to be tight at all the properties on Colorado Blvd, and this property is no exception. Returning late one night I couldn't find a parking space and I went to the office and asked the night clerk about parking in an area that wasn't a marked parking space. The manager had an idea who was parked that was not a hotel guest and asked them to park outside the hotel parking lot. The housekeeping staff was always friendly and helpful during my multiple visits.

The service and staff were five star! Each time I messaged them, I had a reply within hours. When we needed an invoice, they helped us with all the weird details our school requires! Everyone was so kind and helpful! The room was terrific (especially the beds!) The wifi was incredibly fast and the location was perfect: right across from a supermarket and down the street from many restaurants. My husband is very picky about bathrooms, and he loved the bathroom (large, clean)! Truly STELLAR experience at an incredibly affordable rate!

Very affordable, good location, staff friendly and helpful, ice machine free for guests, fridge and microwave in room, laundry for guests that is a really good option when you stay for many days or in my case when you travel with kids and a grocery store just across the street.

Bathroom is really small what is a little problem when you have little kids and need extra space, And the carpet needs to be cleaned because our white socks looks totally dark at the bottom.

It was an excellent location and a great value. We enjoyed the room and property—the parking lot and area were nicely decorated with beautiful plants, bird feeders, and a bird bath. A grocery store and other food options were within walking distance, which we appreciated.

We would have appreciated a vent fan and a little more attention to detail in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The road noise was mainly covered up by the sounds of birds chirping, but it was still noticeable.

The staff were OUTSTANDING. Everyone was so helpful, so kind and so caring!!! There was always someone in reception. The location is terrific (right across the street from a supermarket and in walking distance of many restaurants.) The bathroom was clean and large, the beds were BETTER than ours at home lol! Even the Wi-fi was lighting fast! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! EXCELLENT on every level!

The room was clean, spacious, equipped with microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. There is a small terrace where we spent evening. There is also included parking. The laundry was very welcome to wash our clothes. Area is very safe and quiet. The people from the office were very nice and friendly. We would return for sure, it is a very good option to visit Los Angeles.

The price for how big the suite was. Easy access an accommodation to my needs

There was black mold in the bathroom bad, and the vents and filter were filthy dirty. I have asthma and it was very harmful to me.
