Smell in the room, not a big deal for us but stairs to bring your luggage up to the check in office

The location was great, right in town and walkable to the mall if needed. It's on the same block as Portos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. They said that they will be renovating soon, which will include adding an elevator. There is parking for $8 a night across the street behind the hotel.

The common areas could use some TLC, the carpets and furniture look well used, but all of that will likely be replaced after the renovations.

The rooms were clean and a decent size. There is plenty of storage space to hang/fold clothes and put belongings away, including a safe.. All of the employees that I encountered, including front desk and housekeeping, were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect location in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall.

There is no mini fridge or microwave. Left overs could not be stored or drinks kept cold. There is also no elevator which I was ok with but it would have been difficult had I had more luggage.

Great location, wonderful staff, and clean accommodations. We got in really late, and the staff was very welcoming and even gave us a recommendation for a bite to eat within walking distance. We felt very safe out at almost midnight, and the food ended up being delicious!

Everything was great. The room was a little small, but it's an older building, and that was to be expected. The stairs are totally doable and add to the charm of the place.

The location was excellent and it had everything we needed. The pricing was also a very good deal. Will definitely use again in the future.

The only complaint I heard from others who had separate rooms is that there was no elevator. Not a big deal for myself, but for others it might be a big deal. Such as seniors or people with disabilities.

Clean and comfortable and had everything you need plus snacks. The location is phenomenal near everything and very central.

Construction noises but that can’t be avoided with expanding. The rooms adjacent to stairs can be a bit loud with people going up and down.

The rooms were beautiful with elegant furniture and extremely comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great! Tip: Park in the designated lot first (without paying anything). Then check-in to get your parking pass and return to your car to display it.

Very quaint, older boutique hotel in an area with lots of restaurants.

There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage it could be a pain to get to your room. Also, the door to the bathroom had a frosting glass panel, and the bathroom has a window, so it’s not possible to completely block out the light at night

Few amenities but good value. Don't be surprised to open the front door and see a long staircase in front of you. No elevator. Otherwise, it is fine and just yards from Porto, a fabulous place for food, casual, cafeteria like and great value, tastes.

Great location next to the Glendale mall, good service nice clean rooms and everything in the rooms is always stocked up

Walls are a little thin so be warned you may hear more than you want to
