hotel is family style with many amenities including a kitchen which is great for families who want to save money by cooking instead of eating at local restaurants. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby if guests choose to dine out. All staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

Cost for parking. pretty pricey and added additional unexpected cost to my stay (i didnt read the fine print). This fee would probably deter me from reserving rooms at this location in the future.

The location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was great. I loved the selection of food that included hot foods, fresh fruits, juices, cereals, and more. The layout of the campus was very nice as well liked the gated parking as well Having the kitchen with all the basics was great.

I never like to have to pay for parking. The bathroom was in need of minor repairs (the toilet seat was crooked and a bit wonky and there were rust stains in the tub).

The room was really spacious, comfortable main bed, kitchenette, lounge area and a desk for work/computer. The breakfast was excellent in range and quality.

The sofa bed mattress was well past its use by date with springs sticking out all over. The amount of plastic in the breakfast room - cutlery etc - needs to be reduced significantly.

Location n support and cooperation from front desk to house keeping staff.

Though i requested a ground level unit closer to reception 2 weeks prior my arrival, , i was given an upper unit. It was inconvenient to move in n out With 6 checked luggage.

The layout of the room and extra space was exactly what we needed. We stayed in the suit that had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It was great.

The room was a bit dark, and defintiely could have used some deep cleaning.

Very fast and convenient check ins and outs. Staff were lovely and the overall customer service with every employee was top notch!

Very unwalkable neighbourhood, however this no way reflects the stay at the residence inn

I Liked Everything Except The Breakfast & The Fact Ya'll Only Served Bacon On Wednesday!

The Breakfast Was Weak & The Fact You Only Served Bacon On Wednesday Is Garbage.

The check in and breakfast was excellent, good selections and dinning facilities were very clean.

The workout center has old equipment and some didn't work. further the TV weren't work. The room was nicely laid out, but there were some old used towels hanging from the shower curtain rod. minor items but ones feel should be remarked on.

property was well kept both inside and out. the rooms were filled with accommodations and necessities for getting through a few nights. fridge, stove, countertops, bed, smart TV, large bathroom, everything. it was a great property with almost no complaints. very clean and well kept.

only complaint was the parking lot had some very brutal speed bumps that hit the bottom of my car. my car isn’t that low but it is a bit lowered so I can’t complain too much about that.

The location was great. The staff was excellent. I appreciate the woman who checked me in.

I didn't care for the room. It's outdated for the price that is required. The room needs some TLC. The paint job was horrible and a broom and dust pan should be in all the penthouse.
