The location is great and the property is really nice. I liked the pool/jacuzzi and the option to get on the grill if you want. The breakfast was good, a little more than I expected.

The hotel rooms need a serious renovation. The furniture is old and raggedy. It just looks dirty. It’s not a good look especially when it’s 1 of the options for someone to sleep on. The cushions to the sofa in my room were torn up like an animal did it, the back of the sofa I can see the wood frame. Computer chair had stains.

The suite we stayed at was so clean and modern. The restroom was huge, and the water pressure from the shower was spectacular. Front desk receptionists were professional and welcoming. The area felt safe. There's a Walmart nearby and other shopping centers. We were able to cook a home meal during our stay. It's such a home vibe suite felt so relaxed. The gym was open 24 hours, and we were allowed to park 2 vehicles for free, bonus.

Some people were running around being loud and obnoxious at night, disturbing the peace. There's security guards, but I'm not sure how often they check the property. The TV in the bedroom was outdated, but the living room TV made up for it.

The rooms are good size for family of 5, Each room has their own shower and toilets. The hotel have full size refrigerator, utensils, working stove. The hotel also have BBQ grills by the pool area.

They are doing some construction during our stay. It's quite busy with all the construction people. They were everywhere, unable to open the curtains due to privacy concerns. Their supplies and equipments storage containers are right in front on the room we stayed at. The hotel did not have or provide bar stool in the room we stayed at for family of 5. We are eating standing up.

Didn’t have the breakfast I definitely will try it next time I do a stay

The staff I believe he was a maintance worker, but he seen my 3 boys come out to help me with the pizza and snacks I went to retrieve. I couldn’t access my room, went to the front desk to retrieve new keys to see the maintenance guy telling the lady at the front desk I had more than 6 people which it was just only me and my kids.They also followed me back to my room . That’s really the only thing I didn’t like about my stay!!

Unlike us, our son is not used to sleeping in cheap, dingy motels. We had just come from one such dingy motel. Won’t mention names. So this was a breath of fresh air. He walked in first and came running out saying, wow! We should stay here for a long time. Unfortunately, we are only in this area for a day! The suite was bright, clean, and was more like a private apartment.

Nothing. They were doing renovations but that’s a good sign. The previous motel we stayed at needed renovation — like demolish it and rebuild it from scratch.

The room was exceptional.

The breakfast only had sausage on one day and no muffins, one of my favorite items in a breakfast buffet, on any day. You couldn't check-in for flights and print boarding passes on the computer-printer setup in the lobby. Obviously you have had problems. The workaround of checking in on my ipad and sending the passes to the desk for printing worked, but was not as easy.

Outdoor property, staff have excellent directions to our room. They property itself was beautiful and well cared for. The hot tub was out of service, which was unfortunate considering the weather the week we were there. The room was very spacious and well set up, perfect for a family of six. Location worked well, food was very close by and fairly adjacent to everything we wanted to explore, considering typical LA area traffic. Breakfast options were consistent with varying protein option every day. The hot breakfast was convenient. The pancakes were the best option as far as I was concerned, flavor wise anyway. Landry room had two paid washers and two free washers, I used 3 different ones, all seemed to work well. Dryers were all free but 2/4 were out of service. The staff at the location were very pleasant.

The hot tub was out of service. One day the eggs and potatoes tastes very much like chemicals. What seemed to be long term guests did not like when I used two washers at one time or that there was a child present in the laundry room.

The room exceeded my expectations. This felt like having my own apartment while I was traveling. This location being pet friendly makes me feel confident I will return again.

The only downside was that the breakfast. The food was cold and did not have flavor. Also, the area to eat was very small and not enough space for everyone trying to eat breakfast.

The exteriors were well-maintained. The interiors were very nice with a good kitchen and lovely bathrooms and showers.

My suggestion would be to install more outside trash containers. Guests generate trash in the kitchen of the units. There were only two outside trash cans findable and they were always full. I was disappointed that the electric cooktop unit took so long to cook food in a skillet or a pot.

I wish it was closer to our suite but they had a good selection. I saw a guest get upset because they ran out of pancake batter.

The front desk attendant. She did not explain why I got double charged with Booking.com, since they did not honor my Klarna payment. I am working on getting a refund.
