Simple, though spacious and it made navigating the room for a family of three a breeze. The hotel was modestly crowded during our four night stay in early August 2024. We opted not to make use of the pool and gym since our schedule became rather tight, though our initial intentions were to do so. There was a assortment of young families, young couples, single adults in groups and a cluster of several middle aged gentlemen which I assume were there for work/business. A well diverse mix. The place suited our needs and was convenient (location wise) to the freeway and the main roads that lead throughout the South Bay.

I bit worn in certain locations in the hallways and the elevator was well used, thus showing the wear and tear. I suppose it does indicate evidence of the high volume of guests using the facility, which can be a good thing...right?

As a hotel worker, I can say that the cleaning was poor. I don’t know if there are any checkers (people who inspect rooms after the cleaners), but if there are, they’re not doing a good job. There was a lot of dust, the cleaners’ carts were left in the middle of the hallway, which is against the rules. Also, the public areas were often not cleaned in the evenings, including the pool. The staff is nice and friendly, the breakfasts are tasty, and the location is very convenient for those traveling by car.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating up to and during our stay at the hotel. They answered all our questions and gave us all the items we needed to have a great stay. Their lobby is fantastic as well. My wife and I had to work remotely while our room was getting prepped and their lobby is comfortable, spacious, and a good place to relax or in our case, work, while our accommodations were being prepared.

The location's entrance is a bit of a challenge, at times, to get into. That's not the hotel's fault. It's a busy location during rush hour but once you're inside the parking lot, it's a breeze to enter and exit.

I absolutely love this location - I've stayed here three times now, and for a reason. The beds are super comfy, check-in is a breeze and I was able to upgrade my room easily. The suite had a separate bedroom and a balcony, refrigerator. I love how dark the room gets, the curtains are great - that's something I always remember about this place. The water gets super hot and the tub was good. The area is central to a lot of good food spots. Can enter on the side of the building, closer to the room. 24 hour lobby with late-night snacks available.

There's not much I can say that I don't like here - I choose to come back whenever I'm in the area. The housekeeping did let themselves in the room on my check-out day, about two hours prior to normal check-out time, which I didn't have the "do not disturb" on the door, or the extra lock on, but I also feel like maybe this was a miscommunication on part of the housekeeping/front desk.

Location, quiet, the front staffs were nice.They promptly responded to our replenishments like towels and coffee. 24hr front desk.

The food sold there lacked variety and was expensive, so we opted to buy food outside. The laundry required many quarters, but the front desk can exchange bills for quarters. The shower tub clogged easily.

Nice and beds were comfortable.

There was an sign in the elevator stating we were being exposed to toxics or chemical or something and it said the hotel would not be responsible if we were exposed. Based on a California law they had to put the sign up. My mom and I thought that was scary and weird. We had no choice but to keep our room, seeing how we had already paid and given a room.

The location, easy to navigate and staff was nice , overall rooms were nice too. Free parking is great as well

The bathroom area was outdated especially the toilet and sink areas , and how quickly the breakfast area closed in the morning . There was a flashing white light above our bed from the smoke alarm and it was a little annoying at night.

I like how they had an onsite washer/dryer. I like how they had a little store and had breakfast (for a fee).

It’s right next to the freeway and it shares a lot with other businesses. The parking lot is a little sketchy at night. I haven’t had anything happen but I did see some strange people walking around.

Clean and quiet with the door to the balcony closed. Room was nice but the furniture needed spot cleaning and the ceiling in the shower and the dispensers in the shower needed cleaning. Lots of dust around the TV. But overall clean and comfortable.

The location was great, quiet and staff was friendly. It has all of the amenities advertised, the location is great. Many great dining options local and all stores I needed were local. Great proximity. The rooms very clean, facilities very clean, easy access to all sides of the building with your room key. The room has very dark curtains.

There isn't much to say negative about the room - just a heads up - there was not a small refrigerator in the room, but that's ok for two nights.
