The staff was extremely pleasant, very nice, polite, accommodating and very helpful. We stayed for 7 nights in the Deluxe King Room. The room had a microwave, a mini fridge, a large TV with 2 couches, a small table and a desk. Private bathroom as well. The breakfast was nice but limited (waffles, green tea, coffee, muffin bites and fruits). We liked that there was a filtered water fountain. Again, the staff was amazing and the room service cleaned our rooms everyday, changed towels, made bed and refilled toilet paper. There is a large free parking area. We also loved that the hotel is near a lot of restaurants, fast food and grocery stores. The AC was great and worked well.

We wish there was more towels, and towels of a better quality. The bathroom had no vent and the bathtub was a little bit clogged. Everything else was great.

The property is in the perfect place to visit in between Hollywood , Long Beach , South Bay CitiesBeach , Orange County, and Downtown LA. There plenty of free parking , walking distance to the restaurants, American and Japanese market places, close to the freeway, gasoline station, Starbucks, banks, and more. Staff are friendly.

The bathroom and windows are outdated. However, even it is outdated, it is still clean. The place is well maintained , decent hotel to stay in, and reasonable price. I would stay here again. Please offer proteins like eggs, sausage, spam, and bacon for the free breakfast.

it's a very quaint comfortable little hotel. very clean rooms and I mean very clean. everything had a nice fresh smell. The linens are immaculate. The carpet is new and clean and has a nice soft pad under it, so it's very comfortable to walk on. a very inviting room. it has a big flat screen TV! with lots of channels to choose from. they have some very pretty paintings on the walls in the room. they have a nice little breakfast nook set up in the morning, there's an actual waffle maker, so you can make your own waffles. nothing fancy but perfectly nice relaxing breakfast. out back of the hotel there's a little garden area. again nothing fancy, But quite comfortable if you just want to sit and relax and enjoy the breeze and sit around the green plants. there's even a big lemon tree if you're looking for some lemons. a number of motels and hotels in the area charge more money and don't have nearly as nice of a facility. definitely a great value. add to that it's in the plaza with several restaurants and a Japanese market. So there's places to go to get food and do a little shopping right next door.

I can't honestly say there's anything I disliked about the hotel.

Easy to find and get to hotel with a large free carpark. Behind the motel is a small shopping complex within an easy 2min walk. Breakfast was good; however, the room was dated and small for the number of guests that took up the breakfast option. Food was satisfactory to good (no hot food).

Cleanliness of the room was acceptable, with some minor attention to detail required of the cleaning staff. Sheets were clean, bathroom was small but clean & tidy. Overall the room was larger than expected and suited our needs with all our luggage soon after arrival into LAX.

This hotel consistently delivers an excellent experience. While it may not have the luxury of a 5-star property, the service, comfort, and overall stay are exceptional. This is already my sixth booking here, and I keep coming back because each stay has been reliable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

They don’t serve basic hot breakfast such as eggs, sausages, bacon, white or white bread, fresh fruits, and spam. If they do in the future , that would be awesome.

The Receptionists refused to give me a paper receipt. They lied twice to me. They said that they don't give out receipts, when I book online. I showed them the receipt that they gave me a week before. They then told me that the printer doesn't work. I need my hotel receipts for tax purposes. Why do I have to waste my time and money to go to a facility to get a printed copy!!!!!!! I explained to them that I have already prepaid for 08/20 to 08/23 two weeks ago. If, I do not receive my receipt at the end of my stay,, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO HOTEL PACIFIC GARDEN.

Great location, has light breakfast onsite, popular with European travelers, rooms not fancy but good. We were happy to get such a great rate in a good location: 25 min to Downtown LA, 15 min to Long Beach

Some people might find some areas a little dingy, so if you’re upset by anything less than a 4 star accommodation, this isn’t for you. We had clean sheets & towels daily, and a comfortable stay for a good price.

If you are exploring Los Angeles, this is a great accommodation to stay. It is 15 mins drive to LAX. It is affordable and well maintained. It is highly recommended and noticed lately , I seen a lot of Europeans in tour groups booked in this hotel. It is walking distance to the restaurants, banks, grocery store, gas station, and with amazing garden to unwind . There are lots of free parking .

They don’t serve hot food for breakfast.

I was actually pleasantly surprised about Hotel Pacific Garden. It wasn't half bad. It is an actual hotel building has a decent lobby all the rooms are inside, so that was safe and secure. I stayed 2 nights It was quiet during the night. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again if I get a chance.

An elevator would of been nice. That's about it really.

Recently remodeled room in an older hotel. All very clean and well kept. Quiet and safe neighborhood, reasonably close to LAX airport by LA standards. Decent breakfast, which is unusual for this price level. The hotel is located in a complex that houses several Japanese shops and restaurants and seems to cater primarily at Japanese tourists. All in all good value, would stay again.

Reception staff somewhat grumpy, but that's probably just my impression.
