great spot, 110 freeway entrance few blocks down. Hotel with a pool this is one of my goto hotels i like to stay at.

it would have been much more plesant if i didnt have to pay extra $12usd for parking each day of my stay; even though i have a disability/card. Also, there are no microwaves in rooms. Rooms should smell nicer to match decor, not the disinfectant/cheap smell as you first walk into room. T.V. channels are crappy last time. the A/C blew at 74 degrees minimum this time.

Very clean Spacious rooms with comfy beds. We enjoyed a quiet evening in room. Loved the variety of coffee and sparkling water choices offered free 24/7. We were pleasantly surprised we enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

Within the walls of the property we were very pleased. Outside too many homeless people, so I was content to stay in my room or the lobby which was also comfortable. It would be convenient if there was a bathroom in the lobby. I wanted to make another reservation in May and the room price was too high for the same room. So although we really wanted to stay here again. My budget wouldn’t allow it, perhaps the price went up because it’s closer to summer.🤷‍♀️

I loved how huge the room was with plenty of storage. The bathtub works!!! Tons of pillows for the soft bed. Various flavored sparkling waters, hot cocoa, coffee and tea downstairs in the lobby 😋. The staff was very kind and attentive 💗

The parking was $12 a day and the spaces aren't wide enough. The area is a bit sketchy. The fridge didn't really work and there's no microwaves in the room, there's just 1 downstairs.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff.

They ask for a quantity of money like all the hotels for guarantee and supoused to return in a few days, we was be in the hotel a month ago and we didn’t receive our money back yet.

Exceptional would stay here again. The rooms outside are really spacious the 40*. The amenities in the lobby were a nice touch. Reviews do this place a disservice - we felt safe and didnt have any major issues. Staff was helpful.

The smoking area was right outside our room so the smell would get into the room, nothing we couldnt handle. The bathrooms were set up so it was impossible to not wake up another person going - strong lights and creaky doors. Please do not let people microwave fish - microwave was basically unusable our entire stay.

The staff was great and they seemed to be accommodating when the floor was dirty. I have been at this facility several times and never had any cleaning issues. So I do know that even though that bothered me this was the first time that it has happened.

What I didn't like about it was for the first time my room was not as clean as usual. And when I was told I would get a 15% discount there was nothing showing in the system that I should get that 15% discount. I was told that they gave me a late check out because of the note showing that there were water spots on the floor which was not the case it was dirty. Then when I was told I can have the late check out I was not told the reason why I was able to get the check out was because the notes show about the water on the floor. However If I had known I would have just checked out and taken the 15%. Now I need to track down the representative and send the email for the request of 15%.

The PRICE of it was amazing! Especially at SHORT PERIOD of TIME. My family lives close to that area so I have been trying for a couple of years to find a place that was affordable and now I finally found one. This will be my place to stay EVERY TIME I go back home. I will definitely RECOMMEND family and friends!! I live in Vegas so I go back and forth and I always end up staying with family and they can get uncomfortable sometimes, so I felt very COMFORTABLE there. It was very NEAT CLEAN and FRIENDLY. And like I said before it was VERY VERY AFFORDABLE that's REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT nowadays!! So keep up with the GREAT PRICES!! I think the only thing that would be a problem would be the traffic trying to enter in. But I guess our timing was perfect because we just turned right on in....But that's like trying to control the weather!!

Hoof where do I start. First, off I loved the room, it was so big that my family were just impressed! Second, everything in the hotel was amazing, from free coffee to the amazing room service! Third, I loved the safety around here! I actually feel safe and can relax without panicking if something would happen. 100% would come again on my next trip!

I will say that I did kinda wished that we had a microwave in our room. And if we got a room upstairs next time. But I still loved the room and would still 100% come back!

Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and great lighting!

The bathroom door is a frosted glass door with little to no privacy. There’s a crack where you can see into the bathroom even if the door is shut all the way. The door is also a little loud. I was staying with my sister so it wasn’t an issue, but I can’t imagine staying here with other people I’m not 100% comfortable with. There was also a sewer-y smell over the sink that had me gagging every time I would brush my teeth or wash my hands. Also, there were some loud guests/children running and screaming down the hall at 8 am. The cleaning staff was also a little loud in the morning and other staff with their walkies. People tend to get a hotel room to get some sleep so it was a bit upsetting being woken up to loud voices/ walkie talkies.
