My wife and I stayed in the room with a jacuzzi. We checked in Friday afternoon and left Sunday morning. It was a great price for 2 nights. The jacuzzi light didn’t work, and the tub needed some cleaning, but I didn’t mind cleaning the tub myself. It was a huge jacuzzi and we both fit perfectly with a lot of extra space. The neighborhood seemed a bit dangerous, but we stayed in the room all weekend it didn’t bother us. There was plenty of parking, they have a big parking lot and the staff makes sure that only guests are parked there. Overall we really liked the place and it was a very romantic weekend. We will be back for our anniversary.

The air conditioner ! It was extremely old, but girl, that worked way better than the last generation of air conditioners, i thought i was going to melt, cus it was hot, and it was turned off when I entered the room, but i turned on and after 1 hour the room was freezing. Loved that air conditioner, need one like that.

Some furniture had some broken pieces, were extremely old i guess, and i’m not that picky with cleaning, but there were some hairs in the bathtub, and after walking on the floor of the room barefoot, my foot were grey of dust or dirt i’m not sure, but i guess the floor needs to be cleaned with a cloth or something to take out the interior dirt, cus it was cleaned the surface but if my foot was grey i guess it wasn’t that clean, but they vacuumed for sure.

The room was very clean and the bed was not too soft. Staff checked me in really quickly and was in my room relaxing within 15mins. I like the parking.

The restroom wasn’t clean. It was pee on the side of the toilet. I had to clean a Jacuzzi because that wasn’t cleaned and the housekeepers just need to do a better job at cleaning on top of the counter in the restrooms not really clean.

The jacuzzi was very nice and there was plenty of hot water to fill the tub The room was nice and clean and bigger for other rooms in the area and in a very quiet area so not so much noise from traffic

The room was smoking and had a very strong tobacco smell which gave both adults migraine

Friendly and understanding staff .

I accidentally picked a smoke room when I needed a nonsmoker room. So fault of my own but wish a nonsmoker room was available that night

the property was safe. I liked that it has security cameras that had good resolution. The customer service was very helpful and readily responsive for my issues with the door. The room was clean.

the location of the hotel was not ideal, but I felt safe.

Everyone stayed to themselves the staff is really nice didn’t bother me at all I will stay again very nice ac units work I slept like a baby thank you guys 😍

The plug Outlet by sink didn’t work I was still able to use the other mirror with plug next to it

The beds were a comfortable, and it was spacious inside the room. I also liked it had a fridge and a microwave.

The bathroom! It smelled like must and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom so the time of our shower it was so steamy inside.

Check in was easy and fast. Guy was very polite and profesional.

Bed was a little harsh But wouldn’t hold me back from returning As everything else was on the good side. Clean and space was good, the area seems very safe. Didn’t hear much notice or people walking around.
