The check-in process was great - I was working the Scuba Show at the convention center and was able to drop my bags in my room and then walk over to the convention center. I was tired from flying and then working the show all day so I had dinner in the hotel restaurant - delicious. I even squeezed in a night swim in the pool my last night.

I didn't realize that I needed to keep a room key when I checked out to get my car out of the parking garage. Fortunately, I very friendly staff member was outside and swiped a pass for me to get out.

Clean room. The guy at the reservation desk was not that friendly. But the 2 bartenders at the bar was super nice. Very welcoming. Gave me information on the city and where to go eat, etc. Unfortunately, the bar closed at 10pm. The maintenance crew woke us up at 6am with their lawn mowers or blowers. Other than that, the location was good.

THE A FRONT DESK STAFF MEMBER! She was condescending, rude, disrespectful, and rather than help us problem-solve our issue she gave us nothing but pushback and negativity.

There is no shuttle from the airport or port.

Room was very nice. Room and bathroom was comfortable and clean. Location was exellent, with access to bars, restaraunts, and shopping at a short walking distance.

Had a balcony, but view was of an alley and elevated parking lot. Renovation was being performed during our stay, and noise was a bit loud during the day.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were given a higher level room with an awesome view of Downtown Long Beach facing east. The location was perfect in relation to an event we were attending just a 10-minute walk away. Plenty of dining options are super close and I do recommend the hotel restaurant (great food and service). Our room was really clean; we could tell it was recently renovated. A/C and shower were of great quality, and the toilet was modern and eco-friendly. Beds were comfy.

I love the location, the convenience to park, and the bed! Considering this when I return to Long Beach.

The room rate is pricey but it's okay. Parking fee is high but similar to other hotels in the area.

Easy to find Staff was wonderful and the room was clean and their location was perfect. Perfectly convenient where I needed to be. The Friday night flamingo band was fantastic and we changed our hotel to stay there specifically to listen to them play !! Jose Victor Fantastico!!

Very friendly staff. I usually HATE hotels but I will definitely be coming back to this location.

The restaurant I wish was open later for breakfast time and brunch. Paying for parking as well. I feel like for the price I paid for the hotel rooms it should be free.
