Very clean and very good price-quality ratio.

Some more environmental/health considerations would be appreciated. 1. There was a smell of chemicals (cleaning, I suppose), which I am not fond of... I also learned that the cleaning chemicals are not good for your health. 2. There was a mosquito trapped in the room and preyed on me. I am against using chemical sprays to kill them, because more and more of it will be required in the future - perhaps a mosquito net? 3. When I stayed in January, there was just one bar of soap, which was sufficient. It was also in a brown paper box (less energy used and recyclable). This time, however, there were two small ones plus two large ones, which was much more than I needed. They were also in plastic bags (not recyclable).

We loved the big, clean king sized bed and large spa tub for two people. We could not get the jets to work in the tub, they may have been broken but we were still have a very nice hot bath (bring your own bubbles). The shower was nice and large, we are both very big tall people and could easily fit with plenty of room. We appreciate the desk and small dining table with two chairs. If you ask for more towels, the staff will bring more with no problem.

The microwave did not work, and I requested the manager to swap the broken microwave with another from a vacant room. He was hesitant on doing this, but eventually did, so if there is an issue do not hesitate to get it addressed, but do so politely. I did not like the noise of one tenant there in particular as he was coming and going at all hours of the night in a very loud motorcycle with very loud music. He simply wanted everyone to know he had a motorcycle and was coolest person there. Beside him, there were no other disturbances. And we still had a good night's sleep and a great bath.

Large room, spacious, had a lot of furnitures to help organizing, a really Nice bathroom and shower, both were verry big, they had confy seats too with a little table that help US for eating and they have a Nice staff. The bed was Nice and confy too! Around hás some Nice restaurants too!

The room smelled strongly like a cigar, we opened The Windows and AC to help relieve the smell but when we leave and come back later, the smell returns and repeats the process, even though it Was a smoking-free room and both me and my friend don't smoke. We do not know how/why the smell return.

clean room, spacious, vending machines were nice, parking was the best part, easy check in, check out call was nice at 11:05, bathroom was updates, led mirror, fridge and microwave were helpful, AC was good, close to food stores and sofi stadium, police patrol the area

The property & parking lot were clean 🧼 & Quiet 🤐.

Was having to check out, because having booking.com allow another person or persons allow to book our room that we had already stayed 2 nights.We think 🤔 if people already are in a room u want, then u should have to wait until the person or persons check- out.

Room was nice and neat. AC and heater were strong. TV was great. Have microwave and refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

Only thing is some places were dusty like the top of the clothes hanging area and the inside of the drawers, and the top of microwave. Also no toilet paper so you need to bring your own.

the only downside was the area. This part of LA isn’t the safest. Heard gunshots on the Saturday night we stayed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us getting a non-smoking room once they had a vacant one. The non-smoking room offered a great bang for the buck!

The smoking room we originally booked (by mistake) had a worn out interior and it was noisy (because of our neighbours).

The rooms didn't look outdated, very nice beds, has some nice appliances like a LED mirror, usb outlets, nice size mini fridge, and flat screen tvs. WiFi worked well, we didn't get outside noise, we did get a very noisy neighbor but the staff was very helpful and switched us to a different clean room the next day. We stayed for 3 nights, Friday-Sunday, and it was a really good stay. 5/5 recommended.✨ I also recommend you take disinfectant wipes for the table/counter tops, remote, light switches and door knobs. ✨

The floor looked clean but was very dirty, my son was walking with his grey socks on and after an hr or so his socks were ridiculously dirty underneath, bathroom had hair mopped on the floor otherwise everything else was clean. Next time I'll bring sandals to wear inside the room 🙂

There should be signs to put on the doors if you would not like the cleaning crew to come in. I don't like the idea of a cleaning crew coming in when I'm not around
