The hotel seemed very clean, both in the room and the common areas. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette with a full refrigerator and freezer. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure of the shower was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast offered a variety of options. We appreciated the hotel’s proximity to LAX since we were dropping off a family member at the airport.

Although the hotel is well-maintained, you could still see details that showed a bit of wear and tear (peeling paint on the walls). The climate control in the room was not working, so we ended up turning the a/c unit off and opened our window, which unfortunately looked out on some unkempt backyards in the neighborhood.

The property was in a nice location at the end of the street surrounded by other hotels. Location is also walking distance to eateries and shops near by. Check in was easy and detailed. The room was nicely decorated and spacious with a regular size refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The king size bed was super comfortable which was a plus. Hotel does offer continental breakfast thats good in my opinion and a pool. Parking is for 1 car inside a secured two story garage that was a close walking distance to the hotel. A parking pass is required so it’s best to check in first before entering and cost $10 per day. There is a random house between the hotel and parking but I still felt safe and comfortable walking. There is limited street parking and from my understanding by the front desk clerk a parking pass is required so keep that in mind. Also double check with the front desk if you have more than 1 car at check in.

The room I got was big and spacious with loads of great natural lighting from the windows. I didn't like that they charge for parking and automatically just take it out of your deposit. The breakfast as also decent, a little more variety would be nice, like an oatmeal option added as well. If you're plant based or aren't eating meat or dairy for whatever the reason is, they don't have any breakfast options to accommodate that, and I chose a hotel with free breakfast so at least thats one meal I didn't have to worry about while at my visit in LA. Overall though, it was a good experience, the hotel is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. The parking/drop off situation in the front is a little complicated but its manageable, it was just annoying to deal with, when there's so many cars parked there and a lot of vehicles doing a U-turn right infront of the hotel entrance because the road is permanently closed.

No variety for breakfast, at least add oatmeal because I can't eat dairy or meat or wheat for medical reasons and there was not much options for me except for juice and fruit.

The rooms are spacious. I had a 2 queen room, bottom floor facing the pool. The room had a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a McDonald's down the street and other choices as well. Breakfast is available. There is a parking lot 2 buildings down that is shared with the hotel on the corner. $10 per night. It's a 10 -15 minute drive from LAX.

The street that the hotel is located on is a little sketchy and dimly light. It's located at the end of a cul-de-sac Vending machine choices are limited Breakfast ends to early.

Everything was extremely clean, a bit old perhaps but in good condition. The staff were fantastic. I had a problem with my heater and the receptionist checked them moved me to obit away to another room. I lost something and the cleaning staff were wonderful about helping me find it. There is a good breakfast included, with toast, coffee etc, fruit and hot options. It was a family place so the vibe was relaxed and safe. It’s only a five minute walk to the metro station and you only go one stop because at the next station there is a free shuttle to LAX so it’s a good place to stay before a flight. It took me about half an hour to get to the airport door to door.

There was a huge fridge in my room that made a lot of noise through the night. Could be time to update that appliance! The shower was just ok, the water wasn’t too hot and not much pressure.

I was visiting LA for an event, so I liked the proximity to the the airport and Sofi Stadium. This hotel is in a very convenient location. I also liked that there was breakfast provided every morning and places to eat nearby. My room had more amenities (fridge, hot plate and microwave) than I expected. My room was also clean and the bed was very comfortable. All staff members (front desk and housekeeping) provided excellent customer service and were very helpful. Thank you!

I liked it was at the center of what I had to do with my family..the room was great.big and comfy bed.had a balcony..nice and quiet primarily.

Parking $10 per night..should be included with the reservation for the price of the hotel..The breakfast was not too good..powdered eggs and waffle and sausage.fruit..didn't even bother to eat it the next day..need a bigger dining area..

Very close to the airport, it took us about 10 minutes to get to the car rental to return our car. The evening before, we arrived from Santa Monica, which was also quite close (20 mins by car). Our room was very big and clean. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice.

Parking cost $10, but all hotels in the area had the same problem. We don't like carpets, but that's also common in almost all hotels in the US.

We booked the hotel with paid what we we told was the total price BUT when we arrived we were told that it was $10.00 to park on the street in front of the hotel because the street is privately owned. I am guessing this is a SCAM because after complaining that we paid in full on Booking.com the Hotel reluctantly refunded the $10.00 parking fee

Amazingly clean inside and out. Private parking in their garage $10 a night. Easy check-in. My apologies for not remembering staff names. Both the night and day desk clerks were amazing. Hooked us up with the best local pizza place. Rooms were squeaky clean under and on top of everything. Vending machines are full and working properly. Housekeeping is very nice like everyone. The pool was crystal clear, but it was a little too chilly to swim. Parking has an access code with sliding gated door for car entry and on foot access so people can't just walk in. It's tucked out of the way off a main street, but it's quiet, well lighted, clean, and we felt quite safe. Will stay again on our next trip out.
