It is a stones throw away from LAX and both the SoFi stadium and the Kia Forum, very easy access to any of these locations. The hotel itself was clean, and kept up (few stains on the carpet). And the staff was very friendly. The breakfast they served did have hot options (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes) were mediocre in taste but the options were still nice to have and they kept it stocked up during the entire breakfast hours. The parking garage across the street is locked for safety and theft and parking is free.

The area is definitely not the greatest (about a month before our visit there was a fatal shooting on the street next to the hotel between the hotel and the parking garage). There aren’t any distinguishing marks on the front of the building from the front to let you know it’s the right hotel except very small writing on the front door, and we accidentally went into the hotel directly across from it at first.

The double queen rooms were very clean and spacious. We had an adjoining rooms. There was a desk and couch available that turned into a twin bed if needed. Didn’t use bathtub but it had sauna jets. Plenty of outlets available in room. Breakfast was good: oatmeal with fixings, toast, pancakes, bagels, cinnamon rolls, Greek yogurt, 2 types of sausage, 2 types of egg omelettes, banana and apples with fruit juices, coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Coffee and tea was available all day.

Staff treated me well despite the early arrival. She was able to accommodate me and my bags and make sure I was in a room as soon as possible. Room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again in better circumstances.

The only downgrade was the fact that despite being billed as an LAX hotel, there is no airport shuttle. A little disappointing, but ultimately not a deal breaker.

Breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of choices. We were returning from a cruise and visiting locally so were tired and being dropped off to be near the airport

We were told and onfirmed on line that sthis sit had an airport shuttlw . We were very disappointed but did not want to put our frinds to antohr issue but cancelling . This ostus and additional 28.00 and the lady who was ride sharing ran off an left us with the bill.

The place is clean FRIENDLY STAFFS, especially the female staff who check me in. Knowledgeable.,very thorough VERY NICE.The place looked safe lots staffs night and days were helpful when asked Parking only 10$ and gated .Wow!!.Bed comfy and quiet.Free breakfast not just bananas n cereals...but variou food....Will stayed again definitely

Nice room even though a little outdated, bed was comfy, everything required is available in the room, nice breakfast, decent clean pool, can be crowded with kids but it didn’t bother me.

Unwelcoming and not considerate stuff at the reception. I had a late check in around 11pm, which obviously means that the person traveled all day and must be tired. There was two people at the reception: the first one to my hello answered that “he will assist you” pointing at the colleague ( she was not attending to the guest: she was at the computer), while another guest was just coming to approach her colleague. The guest was considerate seeing me tired and with luggage, so he asked them to assist me first. To what the gentleman from the reception replied that he will assist the guest first (he denied lol). In short, I wasn’t greeted or welcomed, was waiting while no one was really busy. Unprofessionally addressed.

Front desk clerk Cammy was so helpful and always greeted me with a kind smile always ready to assist. I see her in a managerial position soon. She's focused and very accommodating. You need more employees like her

Being looked down upon by other staff. The being apologized to after. Everyone should be trained to treat everyone with respect from the get go.

Near to the sofi stadium Clean hotel

Parking lot across the street, no elevator, we have been carrying baggage from the parking lot to the hotel. Breakfast the worst I ever tried, Pancakes unflavored and elastic not enhanced with syrup, eggs the same unflavored.

Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet area with a lot of bars in a walking distance. Great breakfast: a wide variety of quality options, all of them very tasty. It was one of the best breakfast I've had in this country. I liked the pool area. It needs a little renovation but it was very convenient for me to spend the morning there, since I had a late plane. I'll definitely come back to the hotel!

It needs to be renovated, but it was being done when we were there, so I think the result could be amazing. Very long time spent at check-in. There was only a guy at the front desk and we were too many people at the same time.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, especially the cinnamon rolls. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Perhaps extending pool hours would be something to consider, at least in the summer. It was nice to have free parking.

There was really nothing to complain about. The only thing I might say is it would be nice if there was an airport shuttle. The airport seems close enough to offer one. I know most folks probably rent a car or drive their own car because it’s hard to get places in LA but for those who don’t need a car the whole time, a shuttle would be convenient. Maybe shared with the other hotels nearby.
