the room is very spacious, clean, new, fresh, perfectly corresponds to the picture. Fresh bedding, comfortable bed, good air conditioning and all the essentials in the bathroom. I would go back there again

The hotel is located in a bad area, there are strange people walking on the streets, my husband and I were afraid to go out to the store in the evening. Very loud noise outside from the planes, no noise isolation from the very loud street with police, cars, repair work, motorcycles were especially noisy. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good night's rest, because the noise in the hotel room was everywhere, the walls shook when someone from the next room closed the door or walked by.

Near the airport and it was very clean

There was a guy screaming racist words to a another person and it scared me and my daughter. He was staying there too.

The room was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable. The desk chair was broken, but it wasn't the main focus so it was overlooked. We were able to check in earlier than normal check-in time but, for a fee. My son tried asking for an additional towel but the staff that was there only spoke Spanish so he was unable to get what he was asking for until he acted out that he needed another towel by pointing at the towels on the cart and showing his index finger. Took the staff a second, but they realized what was up and gave him the towel. It was rather comical.

It is surrounded by filth. The "wood" on that side of town is just dirty, smells like urine, and dreadful. We didn't feel unsafe walking around however so there's that. It's just a shame as to how bad it's gotten all the while having signs up saying "City of Champions" for the LA Rams SB win a few years back. It's not what I remember that's for sure.

I liked the ease of check-in to the facility. I liked the fact that you used the keycard to open the gate and use the elevator. That way, no bums or undesirable can bother you. I liked the room. It was very clean and spacious. Outlets all over the room. It had a refrigerator, which you have to turn on yourself, but it worked. Bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like having to pay for parking every day but it was cheaper than most places in the area. I didn't like that you had to wait to check in while staff takes a break sometimes for 40 minutes. When I got there around 8 pm, there was a sign saying they were on break. So I went to have dinner and then came back.

Nice helpfull staff

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, covered parking garage, AC worked well and the overall room was bigger than expected. Bathroom had a hairdryer and luminated mirror. Hot water for the shower with excellent water pressure. I booked a double queen bed and the beds were King size. We were there for a concert at the Sofi stadium and it was only a short walk from the hotel. Hotel was right on a busy street but the rooms were quiet.

No coffee pot or microwave in room. No screen on window. Parking spaces limited and narrow. No black out curtains. We were there for a concert and there wasn't a full length mirror but the bathroom mirror worked very well.

The Room was very clean. Very comfy bed and pillows.Fairly quiet for the area. Could hear a faint sound of an occasional jets flying so close. Normal city sounds, like a police car or fire truck once in awhile. They have a great security system in place. a person needs to swipe their room key to enter the elevator to the rooms. And, can easily exit using the stairway that only lets people out. Being a single woman traveler, this added security made me feel comfortable and safe! I would stay here again in the future.

Put microwaves in the rooms. THe one in the lobby is available, but one in the room would be better for the quests.

Perfect convenient location for a short (safe) walk to SoFi stadium/ YouTube Theatre for concerts and events. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and good security. Would definitely stay there again.

I can see why people view the area as a little sketchy especially late at night, however I never experienced any problems at all. Dining options in the area are a little dismal. However a quick uber ride (or delivery) can easily fix that.

I liked the location to everything. There were some homeless people but they were nice and I still felt safe walking around by myself. I liked that you could only get to the different room levels with your room key and that there was an elevator and you used your room key for it also.The room i was in was remodeled and really nice. The parking is on the bottom level under the rooms and one of the entrance is locked. So you go in and out by the office. So I didn't worry about my car. It was a nice 1.3 mile walk to sofi stadium. I will most definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that you could hear everything. The neighbors toilet flush, shower I expected , but you could hear people talking on the ground level . Car doors opening wheels on the suitcases. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Very budget friendly, close to LAX. Near a lot of food too. The front desk girl was very nice and friendly, and helpful with my questions about the airport and nearby areas. The parking was good. Basic amenities, but a working shower, a clean bed, and a comfortable. I'd stay here again.

It's not quiet, the parking, and the rooms are enclosed in a square so it's a giant reverb and echo chamber, so if you're looking for a quiet stay, this isn't the place for you. I am used to it, so it didn't bug me too much, but I can see why some people may have gotten annoyed with it that part of it.
