Perfect location! The hotel is walking distance from The Americana at Brand which is a very beautiful outdoor shopping mall with restaurants. There’s also another shopping mall just across the street from Americana. Tons of restaurants, shops, salons, etc around the hotel. Location is very safe and posh. We loved it very much! The hotel is nice and clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, kitchenware, etc. They’re dog friendly so of course that was a BIG bonus as we always travel with our dog :) Staff are accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was decent and overall it was a great stay!

Breakfast is varied and generous for normal folks. Unfortunately unsuitable for someone with coeliac disease needing GF. Language barrier meant could not eat even a serve of scrambled egg as no one could answer if the egg was cooked on a separate utensil to gluten containing foods. There was a banana and apple but both a little past “use by”.

Customer service was impressive, the front desk staff were very friendly and acknowledged our reason for staying which is to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was incredible! It felt like we rented a studio apartment that had all we would need. Definitely not a typical hotel room. The bathroom was immaculate! I thought whoever planned the layout of the bedroom did a great job! The breakfast bar had a great selection! We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the inside as well during breakfast. The hotel is located at the heart of Glendale so we enjoyed our walk at night! Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable one!

The pool temperature could be a little warmer. My husband asked a staff if it could be adjusted but was told that it is already pre-set. The main bed was a bit too soft for me (currently 29 weeks pregnant and have back pains) so I couldn’t sleep in it. Thankfully the pull out bed from the couch worked out well and the front desk staff kindly accommodated my request for a couple more pillows.

Large, comfortable room, good enough kitchen e we ll designed bathroom Comfy king size bed, quality bedding. Perfect location Nice patio with jacuzzi and pool off the second floor. You can choose between onsite parking ($40 a day), or public parking just across the street ($9 max).

$6 a bottle water in the room. No tea kettle- we boiled water for tea in a pot. Not a big deal.

I didn’t try the breakfast as i cooked in my room. The location was perfect - easy access to shops and also to the freeway to get around LA. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and plenty big for me. Quiet location too, didn’t get awoken by traffic.

Some way of getting food in the afternoon/evening, even if just sandwiches.

I enjoyed making my own waffle. Breakfast was fantastic. I loved the beautiful spacious room. I was able to focus on important work close to the venue. Room was quiet.

I reserved a taxi in the morning but the taxi was 40 min late and got me anxious. The taxi company made the mistake of arranging it 30 min later, but the staffs could have helped a little more about me getting more and more worried that I would miss my flight. They helped only when I asked several times. Showing care would've been ever better.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. It is a fantastic location close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. The breakfast has a lot of options and the rooms provided enough space for our family of four.

The hot tub was closed during our stay and the breakfast was the same each day.

Rooms were spacious, comfy, clean, well equipped, quiet. Nice reception, convenient little mini market, small pool outside, staff friendly

Breakfast was dull and not many options. Water pressure in shower was not great and water felt a bit chalky.

We recently stayed here and it was a great experience for us! The person who checked us in, Steven Ramos, was extremely accommodating and understanding of our circumstances (we were traveling with our child with autism/other disabilities) and he did his best to place us in a room where my son wasn't exposed to noise. He was extremely kind and beyond ADA compliant. Also, the hotel was very beautiful, well kept and within walk distance to a lot of great places. Definitely would recommend and will be staying there every time I visit the LA area.

I liked everything... except on day 2, for breakfast there were no meat options.
