Great location for people who like to be near to airport and join the concert or matches. The place is modern, lots of customer services, security all around, modern and comfortable room and bath. I didn’t try the swimming pool but I saw lots guests were using it.

Location is located on business area.

The pool is incredible, public transportation is fairly accessible, room design is nice!

No baggage storage was a letdown close to the airport, only noticeable thing!

Weak and lukewarm shower.

I liked the modern feel in the rooms and app use.

Parking was a hassle as it was only valet and the set up of the street caused a lot of traffic. We did not have our Tesla extra key so the key was my phone and I couldn’t valet and had to go in and out of parking gate myself. So basically paid for “mandatory” valet for nothing. Should be worded as “mandatory parking fee” not valet. Also the pool music was on late and the was on before 7am… not sure if it was staff or other hotel guests that start playing music by the pool. Had hard time falling and staying asleep as my room was by pool.

A+.As soon as you hit Sonder Lum block, you are greeted by the boys at the front with Valet parking, they were very friendly $35 a night is reasonable considering your car is secured and locked away, and parking prices elsewhere were pretty expensive. Acknowledgement by the staff each time entering and exiting the premises with a smile starts your day on a positive. The room was a little damp, we left the door open most of the time which resolved this issue. Our room was nice and tidy, the photos are as is. If you want your room serviced there is usually a $40 fee however the staff gave us one service free, and clean towels on a daily, just pick up from reception. Coffee lovers, Starbucks is a 5 minute walk away. Fast food, Target and Ralphs grocery store is 2 minute drive. All in all, we would stay here again. We found this area was the centre for most of the attractions we wanted to see. Like the Santa Monica Pier, The Observatory, Universal Studios etc. Thank you to the staff and the night time security officer for giving us a laugh.

Surprisingly luxurious for the price. Incredibly convenient for Clippers games or other events at Intuit Dome or So-Fi (can’t imagine why you’d be staying in this area if not visiting either of these stadiums). Great pool area.

Due to change of ownership staff initially did not realise I had prepaid through Booking.com and attempted to charge me again. This was quickly rectified however.

Shower is transparent, the blind is not too blind, you need to take shower in the dark to avoid the other people in your room see you

Distance to concert venue

Only blackout curtain available, no second semi sheer, so we kept curtain closed to avoid other guests seeing into room. Shower light did not shut off so it illuminated bedroom because of frosted glass panel that separated the room from the bathroom. No instructions on coffee maker, so we filled to max line with water since both of us wanted coffee and hit start button with paper cups provided, and it overflowed the cup.

We had a 28-hr layover and needed accommodation close to the airport. The location was perfect! It was about a 7-minute Uber drive in good traffic. The decor was modern and stylish. They offered tea, coffee and filtered water, which was such a nice touch. They were great communicators and responded constantly via email and messenger in Booking.com. Their app was also very high-tech and convenient. Shout out to Breanna, one of the receptionists, who was incredibly attentive, always available, and caring.

We stayed on the ground floor, which was very noisy from the outdoor activity at the Cork and Batter restaurant and valet. Our room faced the freeway so it vibrated a lot from the motor vehicles passing by. If you’re a light sleeper, I don’t recommend these rooms. The noise from the restaurant was also hard to ignore.
