The property was nice and clean. The rooms were very clean. The mattresses need to be updated because they were very lumpy.

The front and staff was very rude was not very helpful at all. We booked our hotel through booking. Paid upfront and then when we got to the facility, they asked us for $75 for a deposit which was not stated in our booking agreement. I try to explain that to the staff and they got very rude with me. And then, when my husband went to go get a receipt this morning, they were very rude to him about giving him a receipt. So ask for going back and staying in there we were more than likely, not go back because of the staff.

We had a so-called suite, which is a standard room with nicer furnishings and a full-size 'fridge and microwave. We were there only one night in order to catch an early flight out of LAX. This is a great place to stay for early flights. They have a shuttle service that starts at 5:00AM, but we had to leave an hour earlier, so we took a short Lyft ride for only about $15.

Coffee is available in the lobby starting at 6:00AM, but we had to leave two hours before that. Fortunately, we had a coffee maker in our room.

We really liked how Trenja and Hossain helped us with getting a higher room because we booked at „suites“ and not at „motel“ 6! Booking.com chose a room on first floor whereas the studios originally only are on 8th and 9th floor! Trenja especially did an amazing job with changing the rooms for us and doing a lot of other great things. Thank you, Trenja and Hossain, you really made our day!!

The room was a bit noisy because of the nearby freeqay and the landing planes at the airport. Nevertheless, we had a room facing away from the airport and as the aviation-enthusiasts we are, we were happy to watch the aproaching aircrafts.

Clean, staff welcoming and close to airport and restaurants. Shuttle bus service. Room spacious and clean.

One elevator was not working.

Facility with clean staff was excellent location perfect for waiting to take your flight at LAX also has the best parking nestled in a location with a gas station next to it and plenty of places to eat next to it also has free shuttle to and from the airport exceptional stay if you're needing a place to stay when you're waiting to take your flight at LAX

It's not a don't like but they have so much security the parking was very secure and even accessing the elevators to get up to the rooms was very secure not a dislike

We stayed there for a concert in YouTube Theater. It’s 10 mins away by car (not so close if you want to go walking) and it’s very centric. Everything went smoothly, staff were nice and helpful. Our room was clean. You pay extra $16.5 for parking per day and they give you a card key so you can go in and out as you like. We would most definitely stay there again.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable but they were ok for the night

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Rooms are big, clean and comfortable all around. You have all the amenities you could need inside the room (except stuff for personal use like toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc.). This is my second stay and it's become my go-to in the area.

Parking isn't included with your stay so you have to pay extra, but it's a private parking lot with security and control.

Convenient to the airport, very comfortable beds; decent rooms, and the staff was excellent

They called this hotel suites Los Angeles. That hotel is actually next door. I was extremely angry that they wouldn’t just say it’s a Motel six. I only found that out when I called to check on reserving a place on the shuttle and found out it was a Motel six. I also found out that their shuttle doesn’t start until five in the morning and we therefore had to take a cab to the airport.

It’s really close to the airport. They also offer free shuttle bus service to the airport although it is only one bus per hour.

According to the records of the Visa card company, it seems that they forgot to remove the deposit 75US$in my bill. But I have to check it later when I finish my trip.

This was my first time staying at a Motel 6 and it exceeded my expectations (which were low). The shuttle to the airport was great and the room was mostly updated, clean, and big. However, I wouldn’t necessarily stay here for more than one night if you don’t need to.

Noise proofing could be a lot better (loud guests in the hallway) and the curtains could be better as well (bright lights from the parking lot all night).
