this is a wonderfully designed hotel with exceptional details.

in the online information it says there is an airport shuttle. the woman that checked us in flatly said “ we do not have an airport shuttle!”. I asked again and was given the same response. a cab was called but cost us over $25.00. please change your web information

Loved how fresh and clean the property and amenities were. The spacing of the whole property both rooms and public spaces were inviting and lovely. We enjoyed most everything at the property- the stay, the lounge area and bar, the laundry area.. the only place we didn't have the time for was the pool and spa, which looked wonderful as well. Also, on the first night right after check in, we informed the staff that a portion of our carpet was wet/damp. They promptly attended to it and put us up in another room that matched our original booking in size and features. We really appreciate that level of professionalism.

The only thing I'd a slight concern with is the water heating in the showers. We had maybe lukewarm water during what could be the peak hours of the day- mornings (around 8-9 am). We like water to be warmer than lukewarm. The water was much warmer at night, again, maybe because not many are using their showers at the time we were. So if I were to nitpick, that's the thing I'd mention. Everything else was EXCELLENT.

My reservation included breakfast, which I didn't realize when I paid for it. The options for breakfast are limited to 4-5 things. Isn't a wide variety but if you are there only for a couple of days it's okay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was nice. There is a pool if you have time to use it.

The A/C in my room was going on and off. I tried to regulate it but the buttons did not work. The A/C would cool down the room for a while and then it would be warm to the point I was sweating. That could have been better.

It was nice and clean. Everyone was warm and nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. Bedding was comfortable. Room was spacious. Enough towels and has all necessities. The eucalyptus and lavender shampoo was nice. Pool was open and the first level had a nice corner store.

Nothing much.. the shower did have an opening which we had to adjust the shower head so water wouldn’t spill out to the floor . And the fridge cools for 2 hrs o believe it’s on a timer . Other than that no issues.

The location was fine, a long way from downtown LA but that didn't bother us. We didn't have breakfast there, but the coffee & cookies was great, unfortunately the coffee shop wasn't open very early or very long. The hotel supplied pizza & a microwave to heat it up which was good. There was also a small shopping center across the road which was very helpful. The staff were great, very helpful & friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott.

Maybe an airport shuttle would be beneficial to guests going to the airport.

Reasonable proximity to LAX airport (15 minutes drive, even during rush hour), spacious rooms, comfy beds, quite during night. Breakfast was included in the price. I think it's a good choice if you need a connection to the airport.

There were more friendly and less friendly people at front desk, let's put it this way. Overall, this hotel didn't feel like a Marriott Courtyard, it's hard to define why, it was lacking a bit of cleaning, a bit of staff friendliness, a bit of friendly attitude at breakfast.

The staff was amazing, very friendly at all times and always helpful! The location was excellent and felt very safe!

The sofa sleeper was super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on your back stabbing you. I did order a mattress topper on day 2 and they did take one, this fixed the issue..on Day 2 our TV stopped working and we had to be moved to another unit. This was a bit hectic because there were 6 of us including a baby so it was definitely an inconvenience. We had to re pack and move..

Lovely big rooms, modern and clean bathroom. Great having a smart tv for Netflix and YouTube Used the pool and half basketball court, it’s a big hotel so found breakfast very busy but it was replenished quickly.

Only negative I have is the carpets on the second floor hallway and in our bedroom was very dirty, from getting out the shower to walking to my bed my feet where black. Solved with slippers but not what you expect.

The stay was good. The staff was good and helpful. I would stay at this location again. We had problems with the tv and they sent someone right away to fix the issue. I had a teenager who wanted to watch tv. Housekeeping was also a big help for our 3 night stay. Thank you again..

Parking.. I managed to find a spot. So I can't complain to much about that.

The hotel was very nice. Really liked that there was lots of seating for people to sit and talk or eat. We went and got fast food and it was nice to be able to sit at a table and eat and not have to eat in our room. AC was amazing! We were planning on using the pool however it was too crowd. Parking could be an issue, we stayed on a weekday and there were a few spots available.
