This is a great little family-run motel. The room is clean (they even provide clean wipes to wipe down the remote and table tops!) and has a mini fridge and microwave. They think of all the little amenities you might need to make your stay smooth and easy. It's not glamorous by any means but it's perfect for me and my partner. We came to LA to visit friends, visit a few art exhibitions, and have a little writing retreat for ourselves. WE GOT SO MUCH WRITING DONE. The staff help you out with anything you might need but mostly they leave you alone when you don't want to be disturbed. The location might put some people off but for us, it was super close to lots of great local restaurants and the downtown arts scene. We had no complaints and will continue booking here on all our future trips! (This was our third stay and we loved it)

The only complaints we had were really little, niggling matters that were easily resolved. Nothing to write about.

I liked the experience, yes when you get there you do think if it’s gonna be safe but as soon as you go in your room everything is perfect I rented the deluxe room and enjoyed it nothing bad happened no noises nothing had a great time !! Stayed Friday and left Sunday no issues at all . They hook you up with snacks which is very nice of them thank you !!

Checking out Sunday morning 6-29-2025 around 9am the guy who I gave the key too was beyond gross picking his nose and acted like nothing wrong when handing you things … that was nasty it was a older guy already .

A classic motel - drove right up to our room - so easy!! Nothing fancy here but the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing interesting about he neighborhood, but gas stations and some basic restaurant chains nearby. It was a convenient location for getting around LA by car, though nothing right nearby. While some reviews said the staff was impolite and abrupt, we found him charming and funny in a brusque sort of way. Just don't expect fake smiles and rote pleasantries - just doing his job (and underneath was quite nice. A little charm of the place was the free snack packet in the room which included chips, cookies, and a granola bar. Pretty nice for a $75 room!! (They do collect a $50 cash deposit at check in so be prepared - got it back no problem.)

Clean, classy, quiet

Although I admit that I didn't read the fine print and understand there was a $50 "cash" deposit, I assumed that any deposit would simply be ADDED to the initial charge on the credit card. That's how it works at almost every other hotel. And that's why I was confused when I arrived at eleven at night to simply check-in and was essentially shamed for not having cash on hand. I would suggest simply adding the $50 deposit to the initial credit card charge. It's much easier that way and much less confusing for everyone. I can't be the first person to suggest this. Thank you. I enjoyed my stay.

well when we pulled up we were almost ready to turn around and book something else, don't let the outside fool you. It took us 3 times driving in a circle to find the entrance as it's only wide enough for a car and feels like you are driving into the building along the main street in front. Bars on the windows so it must not be the most safest area but we felt safe all night. Very clean and very comfortable king side bed with comfortable pillows. Perfect for a 1 night stay but not sure I would stay longer that that.

location - not the motel's fault

The room was spacious, and very clean. It has everything that was listed on booking, the fridge and the microwave, a small but comfortable table, iron board, private bathroom, and a good bed. There is a metro/train station just close by that could be handy. Parking is very convenient, and felt safe. The staff was nice.

There was no bed side lamp with warm light, for the evening, to read, etc. All the lights were on the ceiling, very bright. This is minor, but the sink was in the room with no towels' hanger close by. The location isn't in the best part of town, not walkable, no nice restaurants, etc. And it's noisy because of the trains and traffic close by.

The room was very spacious. The motel is right next to the train station and the bus stop so if u don't have a car this is perfect. The motel is very safe even with its location. There is a grocery store across the street. There is a $50 cash deposit. The owner is an interesting guy but he takes care of you.

There is only one entrance and exit for cars. The bed was more on the warm side. Great for ppl who like to sleep warm not good for cold sleepers

You can tell that they have spent money in remodeling and renovations for the entire Motel. It was such a great experience. The rooms are updated and clean. They even give you little welcome snack baskets. The rooms even have sofa sleepers along with the queen/king bed. Each room has a microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board and the bathrooms are really big. Definitely exceeded my expectations to the point that my wife and I stayed another day after already staying 4 days.

To be honest if there was anything that I didn’t like I would just be knit picking. But if I had to say anything it would be that the parking lot area is small but there’s enough parking for each room to get a space. Other than that I have no actual complaints.

This small,single story Motel is a rare find. Completely walled in with full time security at night. The entrance is very narrow and the only way in or out, this cuts down access to anyone not a guest. It absolutely is in a “sketchy”area just across from the light rail. The room We had,#103 has been completely remodeled it is clean with laminate floors ,which in My opinion are much more sanitary than carpet. Small refrigerator,microwave and plenty of hanging room for clothes, bag storage is adequate also. Towels and linens were clean and of a good enough quality. Kat and I always bring our own pillows, So no review there. The bed was comfortable,the tv uses Direct TV which was fine. The AC unit fan is loud but provides “white noise” and was not annoying. The air conditioning worked good. Parking is tight, but you park directly in front of your room. The entrance to the Mot el is very narrow but adequate, construction on the street in front of the Motel makes the entrance a little hard to see. The owner is very personable and nice, they leave free snacks in the room that I think is a nice welcoming touch. For this area, this is a great bargain , I will definitely stay here again Kat and I only look for lodging that is good value but it must be clean, safe, and comfortable. This Motel meets all of those criteria!,

We don’t have any “Dislikes” , I would like small bed side tables on both sides of the bed instead of just one.

room was nice and comfortable, had a table to eat, had hangers for your clothes , very spacious and walk in showered which i loved , nice blurry windows that are able to be opened for a view , the rest rooms come with shampoo,conditioner and body wash on the walls, bright white lights, can also make the room dim, studio room had a extra bed couch along with a king bed. was worth it very comfortable 😅 could sleep the night like if i were at home, got my deposit back, walked in and they do leave snacks on entry, lady showed us our room and had cleaners, i say it was pretty great

i thought 24 hour motel meant i can check in at any time, i arrived early but check in is at 3pm:( i had to wait at a park
