For the hotel, I received service with a smile. All the staff was friendly, and the desk registration facilitator informed me that I had booked a smoking room, which was an error on my part, but since all the non-smoking rooms were booked, she offered to freshen the room to help clear the stale smell from the room. I loved that she went out of her way to make me comfortable when it was my error. It is close to the airport, also very close to African/Mexican and soul food restaurants as well fast food restaurant chains, SoFi stadium, fitness clubs, dept stores, and night entertainment on Market Street. If you want to see the sites in other Los Angeles cities, the freeway entrance and exit is very close allowing you to easily visit Culver City, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica beach, Hollywood, or Beverly Hills.

Everything functioned well, and the room was clean, I would like a few room updates such as wall controls for the heating and air, as well as an ice machine on every floor, but I appreciate the elevator.

I liked that it was close to food, the Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium and LAX. The bed was comfortable, there was a microwave, fridge and Keurig in the room. The breakfast attendant was nice. There was hot and cold water available in the lobby. Also a coffee unit with different selections for f coffee but no cups. It was like that for 2 days. Front Desk Clerks were nice at check in and check out.

My toilet made an loud squeaky noise when it is flushed. Also, the bed-light on the left side needed working bulbs.

I had a wonderful stay overall, but I think adding a security guard on-site could be a great enhancement. It would provide an extra layer of comfort and reassurance, especially for guests who might be unfamiliar with the area. Thank you for considering this!

I liked that check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. Also the bed was super comfortable and the room was big and, even if next to the highway, very quiet.

The receptionist was a bit rude, in my opinion. This was literally my first night ever in the US and my first night ever in a hotel too, so I did not understand the process that much. And the receptionist seemed kind of annoyed at me (because I didn't know exactly what to do) during the entirety of our two interactions.

I like the convenience of the hotel to the airport. It is also close to other landmarks and venues in the area such as Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, Randy's Donuts, Hilltop Coffee, Youtube Theater, and Sofi Stadium. There is a swimming pool. The property was also very quiet to situated near a highway. The rooms were clean. This property has doors to access the rooms that are outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and hot. The breakfast attendant was helpful during breakfast and replenished foods often. The hotel is easily accessible to Ubers and Lyft drivers.

There is nothing bad that I can say about the staff or the room. The room where breakfast was held is very small. It can accommodate about a dozen people at one time. That's it. The service and cleanliness of the breakfast room was great.

When booking a stay at this hotel, it's advisable to request accommodations on the top floor to minimize noise disturbance. Being situated near the street and freeway, opting for the highest floor ensures a quieter environment. Sounds from adjacent and upper floor rooms might permeate through, particularly in lower or middle-level rooms. By selecting the top floor, guests can enhance their stay by enjoying a more serene atmosphere, free from potential disruptions caused by neighboring rooms.

Lupe, the breakfast hostess, is awesome! (Breakfast was better than we expected!) She was warm, welcoming and very helpful! Front desk during our stay ( a man Thursday evening, Saturday morning and a young woman the other times) were kind and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. We liked the Keurig coffee service and the desk and arm chair with side table were a nice addition. The heat/cooling was not too loud! The personal care items— soaps, shampoos, etc—were very nice and better than we expected.

Bed could have been firmer. It was very comfortable and warm— but not enough support for my back. I need a firm mattress, and this one was medium firm.

I loved the room overall, decor in the room, how quiet it was, the nice hot tub in the room, everything in the room was clean. I liked how they provided a shower bonnet, shampoo and conditioner. It was great quality. The blankets on the bed were very comfortable.

In the tub/shower the water did not drain very well. I was standing in a big amount of water. I wanted to be able to hook up a ps4 but I wasn’t able to for some reason.

The location was very convenient for a fair price that provided us comfort in being safe as well as easy to get to various locations (very central). We visited to go to the Sofi Stadium and unfortunately for us after leaving it, no ubers would take us to the hotel but FORTUNATELY the hotel was a perfect walk where we didn't mind the 30 mins it took to get to the hotel. The staff were friendly and maintained cleanliness. Even when we would notice the elevator was wet on the floor. The next time we got on, it was already sparkly clean!

The only thing we could complain was that breakfast wasn't stocked up as often as we would have liked. We would come in at the last hour before breakfast ended and there would be no more eggs, sausage, or potatoes. My partner preferred if there was a larger range of choices or if the same thing wasn't served every day but I didn't mind.

Room very clean and confortable for the price. Felt safe and would go alone again. Best deal in terms of price versus benefits if you are alone and want to experience and have all the time for train commute and don't want be in hostels. Is 10 min walk from train station but as it is close to a highway intersection, is very empty of people and high traffic at night coming back from downtown/beaches.
