Very polite staff, ready to help and give us fresh towels/pillows whenever we asked. Comfortable beds. Very nice location in Hawthorne boulevard, easy to drive anywhere from there. Big spacious underground parking.

One of the beds had very noisy springs, making loud metal creakings every time I moved or got up to go to the bathroom, waking up my friend sleeping next to me. The other bed didn't have this problem so it's probably that one bed and we were unlucky. Also the staff would clean the rooms every 5 days but since we would leave the room later in the morning they never ended up cleaning for the whole 12 days we spent there. Not a big problem tho, because the desk staff was super helpful and replaced our towels every time we asked.

We picked this Motel because it was close to the airport and we knew it would be convenient. We were put off by the bad review, but honestly the property is perfectly fine. It has everything you need: spacious room, bathroom and little amenities. Could it be cleaner? Yeah, of course. But nothing like the disastrous comments I read before booking.

We had already paid in advanced, though we were asked to give a deposit of 100$, which is specified multiple times during booking procedures. The only problem was that our cards (we tried three of them) all got denied. It was weird cause we are now road tripping the US and this hardly ever happened. Fortunately, we did have cash and everything worked out fine. Just be careful if you are using international credit cards I guess.

I really liked the location, everything was accessible, you could walk or drive to a supermarket, not far from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room

We didn’t like that the room was not very well cleaned, there was someone’s hair, and there were no bathroom amenities other than toilet paper and soap. There was always someone stomping in the corridor or people from above, but what I didn’t like most was that the alarm went off both night and day because the neighbors were smoking, it really bothered and scared me. our two beds were held together very tightly and were broken

I loved absolutely everything about this place from the way it looks to the welcoming vibe you get to the exceptional location it is in with all the food options I needed to choose from. It was easily accessible as well to other stuff outside the hotel to do. I'm heavily thinking about even living at this facility I talked to a front desk staff about it and would absolutely love to live at this spot

I liked the location, it has several options around to eat, the place was clean including the room and the staff was always very friendly

What I didn't like during my stay, which was a total of 5 nights, is that I had to take my trash out of the room and I had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk so they could give me clean towels. Maybe it would be better if they sent someone to take out the trash and bring me clean towels, other than that everything was very good

The room was big and spacious! the bathroom was great and we had coffee restored for breakfast, if not, you can ask the cleaner girl she is sweet and would give it to you if asked. The hotel was "near" to the airport, you only have to be conscious of the traffic rush

To be honest, the hotel exceeded our expectations so I don't have much to complain beside maybe the location, is not bad but its not the best! however if you have a car you can easily move around.

My room had a good amount of bathroom towels, the room was pretty big and so was the bed. I liked that it had a microwave and a mini fridge. There was no issues with noise as well, I slept like a baby! 2nd floor suite

The bed had a little squeak to it throughout my stay but not a big deal. One of the towels provided had some burn marks on it. Just didn’t use the towel.

The property was very comfortable and the location was incredible. The atmosphere was great and the staff was amazing.

The room was extremely comfortable and the beds were phenomenal. It was a very quiet facility for me to do my work as needed, and it was very safe and the atmosphere was very clean.

I liked the convenient location, there are many shops, cafes, takeaway food, and an airport nearby

slow elevator, and the fact that they don't clean your room if you're there for more than 2 days, although there should be a broom in the room so you can sweep it yourself

I really enjoyed the pool, the staff was nice, the janitors were very kind. The price and location was a plus!

It mentioned no smoking around the premises, but there were some smoking near the rooms. A few times the smell lingered but not to bothersome.
