I like the location. Parking lot was small, most parking spots are compact. Only two good sized parking spots towards the registration parking lot. Unfortunately, a friend of mine ended up getting rotten milk even though it was not expired. Needed better lighting in the room. Only had one light bulb that lit up the window area but not the back of the room. We stayed in a two-queen-sized beds bedroom. Needed at least one extra toilet paper for the stay. The beds are comfortable and clean. Did not use room service but it was available. Good selection of breakfast snacks, only had oatmeal myself. They had muffins, granola snack bars, yogurt, fruits, juices and coffee. Could use a bagel and cream cheese at least for another “meal” option.

The breakfast was a sack meal. It contained a bottle of apple juice, an apple, a snack bar, and a packaged sweet roll.

Parking was tight.

Room was very clean and modern. The king bed have light underneath that works with motion sensor

Room window on the main street were single glass so noise from passing cars are noticeable. Hope Days Inn can replace them so the rooms are more sound proof. Also the dining area can hold up 6 people at the time. 3 tables with 6 chairs total. Doesn’t hold up with the number of rooms the facility has

Avoid this advertisement on Booking.com for “New Construction Modern Luxury Views Pool & Patio” listed as being in Beverley Hills, this property does not exist. They take your money & you get no support from Booking.com, we are still waiting on our refund. Days Inn was where we ended up to avoid my family of 6 having to sleep in our car in LA. The property was fine, standard accommodation, nothing flash.

The location was really nice, walking distance to many restaurants and food places. Overall location was very convenient, the actual room was nice and clean, no complaints on room at all. Very enjoyable stay

Maybe the room size itself could've been bigger for the reserved 4 guests, but that cannot seemed to be helped. It was enough room for everyone though, no other complaints

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was newly upgraded and much better than pics online. Room was clean and fresh. Roxanne checked us in Raquel checked us out. Staff was wonderful.

The parking situation. Parking area is very compact and appears there are not enough spaces for guests. Staff was understanding on this issue and tried to offer solutions.

The staff are extremely courteous and helpful that includes the reception staff and maintenance staff. I had little contact with the housekeeping.

The microwave oven hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. There was a half eaten chicken wing in the microwave but staff were very apologetic and I wouldn't hold one mistake against them; only if they had a "who cares" attitude but they didn't.

the staff were over helpful nothing was a problem. I did not see it was a smoking room and there were no non smothing room available. but value for money and the staff were the best nothing was a problem.

Friendly staff, clean and updated room.

When booked, it stated that it came with breakfast. It had yogurt and fruit and a couple of small items. That is not breakfast. I always pick a place that has a hot breakfast. Disappointed in that aspect.

Great hotel, the smoking room didnt even smell like ash or anything when we got there, there was a private jacuuzi (IN OUR ROOM!) however the jets didnt work so that was kinda sad still loved the hot tub tho. Great staff super nice and I loved everything about this hotel, for sure will be coming back.

Just the area and the fact that the jets in the jacuzzi didnt work, other than that everything was 10/10
