Reasonable and cheap accommodation with shops and restaurants nearby including a 24hr diner serving great food. The motel is old school but the rooms have been updated. The room also has a fridge and microwave which came in handy. I've stayed in better at a higher price and also stayed in places alot worse with a higher price tag. Our bed was OK and clean linen.

Room deodorising was a little strong but besides that the room was OK. Road noise is acceptable but it is Los Angeles.

I like the room it was very clean, the shower was good, and the microwave and refrigerator is very convenient.

It was noisy sometimes at times and parking lot was small hard to get out of the parking lot had to reverse my car and get out from the entrance since the exist is gated.

Still smelled like smoke even though they remodeled it.soup and shampoo was cheap for an 80$ motel. No safety latch on the door. No breakfast.

this is my second stay with Palm Inn almost didn’t stay the 1st time due to my preconceived notions, based off location. I can say I ended up staying and guess what I am a return customer. I will continue to use this location when I visit as it’s very convenient to my school and other businesses. the manager does go above to make sure you are taken care of and I’ll continue to support this company and it’s community.

I didn’t have a microwave at first, was going to switch rooms I asked for a microwave the staff immediately assisted me with one. I wish there’s closet space to hang my clothes other than that I have NO complaints

it was newly renovated as promised and the aircpndition worked fine. the room is spacious and the windows are ok in letting outside the street noise. it is quite close to the airport (30.- $ ride by taxi). Next door there is a small convinient shop with water bottles, drinks and some chips. 500 m away there is a bigger shopping mall. I would book it again next time.

I enjoyed my stay! It was very clean and comfortable the only thing I didn't really like was I stayed Friday and Saturday night and Friday night I paid $102 with tax and Saturday night I paid $160 and change; so it was a big change for the same room I didn't understand that but other than that my stay was 👍 awesome.

Rooms are really renovated, nice and comfort room, well equipped. Very near to LAX and to shopping stores as Burlington and others.

Check-in personal is not friendly at all, need better manners, he practically threw the documents at me (nothing professional, this is my second time 12months later and is same person).

Good friendly staff, gave us late checkout. Bathroom was good. Water was hot and strong. Bed was comfy. Aircon was strong. Fridge and microwave.

Room was OK but very basic. There was no chair or table in my room. Just the bed. My colleague had a better room. The sink was in the room which was unusual. Forgot to clean 1 day.

The location was good. The hotel was quiet and staff were available around the clock. For hotels/motels in LA ? This was good.

The sink often left the counter wet due to improper installation of renovations. Nothing significant.
