I was little nervous staying here because of the area. However, this hotel was a gem. It was clean, the staff were amazing, the rooms were renovated. The breakfast sealed the deal. 24hr coffee and tea in the lobby. The parking lot was safe and secure. You need a key to use the elevator to go up to your room. All safety concerns went out the window for me. If there’s anymore business I need to do in this area in the future, I will be staying here again.

The water pressure in the shower was lackluster but it got the job done.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and throughout the entirety of the hotel. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast! It was exceptional! Love it, love it, love it! Last, but not least, the entire staff was helpful, and sweet! Thank you very much! Would recommend to anyone!

With, the exception of the noise from the street. Initially, I thought our windows were open because I could hear cars passing by. Only to find out windows were closed. I guess because the rooms are facing the street you can hear the traffic.

Clean room and the big jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and they offered free breakfast. Plus free parking which was a win for me and my fiancé. It’s also located close to everything. Downtown LA takes about 20 minutes if their is no traffic (good luck with that lol) the airport 13 minutes away shopping centers like target dollar general Ross etc all in the area. Also donut king which has the best donuts I’ve ever ate in my life!

The shower head points down. So it was difficult for me to take a shower without the possibility of getting my hair wet. So I opted to take a bath which I never take baths always showers. The location was a bit sketchy but nobody bothered us or our car. The lot was full of people who were staying at the hotel. I’m from out of town. So maybe the area isn’t the worse but I couldn’t distinguish

Everything was pleasant and it was very family friendly, there was cocoa in the lobby for the kiddos, and enough nearby restaurants to get through the weekend. We enjoyed our stay!

There is nothing to complain about. However, our deposit is still being held by our bank which is an unusual coincidence seeing as how we checked out over 10 days ago. The policy is 7-10 business days so I'm not sure why the excessive hold when we accrued no additional incidentals. I'd suggest using a credit card instead of a debit card for that reason only. This could've been avoided at check in had I used separate cards to guarantee the reservation and the deposit but otherwise it was pleasant.

Second times using this best western and it is the only place I look to book when I come to the Los Angeles area.

The way the shower was made with a glass wall blocking half the shower and the shower head coming down from the ceiling. Some people do not wish to get their hair wet and do not travel with shower caps because usually showers are at a normal angle and level. I am tall but my partner is short I was able to angle the water so she could use it without wetting her hair. However because the shower had half glass water was all over the floor every time the shower was used. I remedied by putting several towels on the floor but it is a definite slipping hazard. You might reconsider that particular type of shower arrangement.

The facilities were great, we were happy with everything, room services, lunch room. etc.

Our room location, #420, faced Western Avenue which we didn't know at the time is a busy thoroughfare at night and we could hear every single vehicle and motorcycle motoring down Western. You need double-pane windows to soundproof the room from the outside street noises. That was the only issue we had with the room.

Great hotel that was huge inside with comfy beds and a very nice room. We stayed here going to Disney and then exploring the city and it definitely worked great for both, while not in the best part of town parking was easy and I would definitely stay again.

They were encountering issues with people smoking in the room..It is California, and LA, but they had a strict no smoking policy and were trying to fight it but people kept smoking weed in the rooms and it would smell into the hallways. Honestly not too big of an issue tho and they are definitely working hard to correct it. Didn't really bother us that much at all

Good distance from airport specially after travelling over from Scotland. Big rooms and comfy beds, small heated pool also. Breakfast was fantastic, something different everyday! The egg and cheese breakfast wraps were delicious, going to try and make them myself at home.

Not really much I didn’t like, there isn’t much around the area but we were only there for two nights so it suited us fine.

It was nice & clean

The Tv remote killed me 💀 it's a Samsung tv but the remote was like a motel tv remote, there was no guide, it kept not working it was hard to find a channel then when the remote didn't work I was stuck on the same channel. Also I asked for housekeeping to change my sheets they said okay then skipped my room I had to call the front desk to get it cleaned then they put the same dirty sheets back on the bed.

New and modern hotel, very large and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and super friendly staff! We felt safe and welcome at all times. The free parking and 24 hour coffee & tea in the lobby were great as well. Although close to LAX, surprisingly didn’t hear any planes :)

At first, I was afraid that the area might not be so good because of the proximity to Inglewood and Compton, but Gardena is quite modern with lots of stores, food options and accommodations and we felt safe there! From the hotel side, all was excellent, no negatives :)
