Like staying at this hotel. BUT the prices have been getting really expensive lately and that is why I have find a cheaper place to stay and that is why I have not been staying there lately. I am a contractor and it is hard to pay high prices for a hotel room

The internet is VERY WEAK I am surprised that their IT person cannot fix the problem I have been using this hotel for well over a year and it is the same old problem Maybe it is time to find an IT person who knows what they are doing

I liked the heated toilet. I liked the location because it was not a lot of foot traffic outside.

I didn’t have any warm water in the bathroom faucet. The shower barely had warm water. The ice maker didn’t work on our floor. I had to go to the second floor for ice. The parking spots were a little on the small side.

Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean. Was really glad they had coffee available downstairs in the morning.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the person in the room directly above ours was a very heavy footed walker. Might be because the floors aren’t carpeted. Would have liked to have known that maid service had to be requested. Don’t mind that the sheets weren’t changed, but would have liked fresh towels because they didn’t dry overnight.

Last minute booking for the airport which is minutes away Two double beds. Big deep comfy mattress and sort pillows. Best nights sleep for a while!! Posh toilet!! (Warm seat etc) Nice toiletries too.

Just the noisy road but it's in a busy convenient location

My stay was brief but ideal for my needs. Appreciated most the exceptionally clean, comfortable room, peacefu atmosphere. .

Would have liked drink machines on each floor, rather than being funneled to front desk. Quiet lobby with restaurant only open in mornings..Staff efficient when not outnumbered.

We liked the location - away from the hustle and bustle of LA but 20 min drive to LAX and beaches. Hotel is huge, many rooms. There is parking on both sides of hotel. Room was clean with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Good place for our last night in CA.

No free breakfast

The Redac is a well-appointed, clean, and professionally run operation that makes for a pleasant stay. The rooms are contemporary and spacious. The staff was generally efficient and helpful. This has been the case in the five or six times I have stayed here.

I could have done without the $150 deposit on the room but I suppose that is there to keep out the riff raff. A swimming pool would have been nice but it certainly isn't a deal breaker.

I love how clean it is. I love how stylish and spacious it is. I love the Staff . I just thought the overall was beautiful and my number one was the toilet that was my first time using a toilet like that. Wait till you use it. Nothing like a seat warmer it cleans you and drives you. You have to try it.

Toto Washlet butt-washing toilet seat! Excellent showerhead. Room was modern and good-looking. Separate sink and bathroom. Nice soaps and shampoo. USB-A outlets at bedside. Allowed 12:00 checkout, even on a weekend. Japanese channel on TV. I watched sumo. Check-in clerk was very helpful and friendly.

PTAC HVAC. No (Japanese) breakfast on the weekend.

In a quiet area, spacious room and there is a cheap laundry room.

They never change bedsheets and towels. You should request but they will most probably forget
