The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Everything appeared to be clean and in good working order.

The bathroom light had motion sensors that automatically turned the light off. When we stay at hotels, we turn off all of the room lights off, but we like to leave the bathroom light on. The bathroom didn’t have an electric fan. Although the staff offered to microwave whatever we wanted, the room didn’t have a microwave oven. None of the above-indicated statements would stop us from staying at your hotel, nor would we deter any of our friends or family from taking advantage of any of your facilities.

This location does not provide a complementary breakfast. You even have to pay for a cup of coffee. It would be nice if they had a 24 hr coffee station as do many hotels. However, the rooms are modern and updated. The walk in shower is excellent.

The nightly rate is $199.00, and in my opinion it's extremely high for just a room with no amenities. In my previous stays with this hotel the rate was much lower. If you're going to charge that rate, give your customers a little consideration with some amenities. Additionally, the restaurant kisok needs to remove the Guacamole from the salad. It goes bad after several hours of standing. I believe it made me sick at 2am that morning.

The location was close to the South Coast Botanical Garden where my daughter was getting married. The Kings Hawaiian Bakery and Restaurant was right across the hotel . They had a pool and a gym and an outdoor area with a fire pit. The staff were friendly especially our housekeeper on the second floor. Very helpful.

There was no adequate lighting. Other than that we were extremely satisfied.

I love the convenience of parking and getting to my room easily. Love the receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. She even went over to Starbucks to fill my wife's cup with hot water for her tea.

The Ice machine is not working. I had to go to another floor to get my ice. Another is the dead bolt wasn't working properly. I had to jiggle from the inside in order for it to work.

Even knowing the property was being renovated, I didn’t appreciate the workers climbing all over our balcony and going up and down the ladders seems to me that they could’ve put us in another room. Perhaps that wasn’t going to be work. They weren’t gonna be working out at 8 o’clock in the morning.

The hotel was very clean and had some great amenities. I loved having a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. Our room was very nice, with a big TV and very comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

no microwave in the room, but it wasn’t a big problem as there was a microwave that we could use down the hall.

The hot breakfast was not what we were expecting. We thought we could order a full breakfast from a menu. We had an egg sandwich and burrito and coffee. We could have gone to another restaurant for less and had a full breakfast. The breakfast was the only thing we were disappointed in.

The Staff was amazing. The night person Bailey at the Cafe was amazing. She made some great drinks and was very friendly. The property was very nice the only thing was my room did smell like smoke probably from previous people but that’s not the hotels fault. Everyone at the hotel were all very nice. I would go back just because of the staff.

We like it quiet: Courtyard delivered. Comfortable beds and sliding doors which can be left open for fresh air without having to run the wall A/C, which we dislike about many hotels. Spacious and immaculately clean.

it was pretty clean. Rooms were modern. The gym and pool were both close to our rooms and were decent.

the sliding glass door barely worked. it was extremely difficult to close. There were a lot of trees in the parking lot and my car was used for target practice by the birds.
