The property is in a convenient location, close to the beach and restaurants. The room was big and comfortable. We had a harbor-view balcony where it was nice to sit in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had great variety.

I wish Best Western would add big shampoo and conditioner and body wash dispensers in their bathrooms instead of the small bottles that create so much unnecessary waste. Time to go greener, especially so close to the ocean. :)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My flight got in earlier than expected and they did their best to get me an early check in. My room was comfortable and the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. A 3 minute walk to Sunset Beach and 10 minute car ride to Huntington Beach Pier. Definitely booking again!!

Breakfast was good, but the chairs were very hard. Food variety was good - room was very clean & well organized. Bed was very comfortable & room was very clean & easy to live in. Parking was under the building so my car stayed very clean. I stay at Best Western hotels a lot & this one was very typical. Would stay there again.

Room was on the street & it was very noisy day & night. If I stay again & would request a room on the bay side. Apparently, according to the lady who checked us in, anyone can post photos on the website & so make it seem like there is more going on at this hotel than is reality - ex. an indoor pool which does not exist, but is on the website! Very deceptive to new customers of this location! Beware when you book online!

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices more than most plus a waffle maker. Very pleased. Room was clean and much to our surprise we had a balcony to sit outside. Staff were great. He came to our room to help us find the baseball game on the TV. He was not going to give up until he found the channel. We appreciated his kindness and assistance!

Everything was great for our stay!

The breakfast was definitely adequate. The coffee tasty. I liked the two balconies we had with our suite.

The mattress on the sofa sleeper was terrible. We could not sleep on it and had to use the sofa itself, which was uncomfortable.

It was clean n a convenient location for a concert I was attending. Irene was very welcoming! Breakfast was tasty n had a lot of options 👍🏼

Paying for parking, even though it was pretty reasonable. Ice maker was broken and with this heat you need ice. Hwevr, Irene helped us get some fr their upstairs supplies.

It’s location across Pacific Coast Highway from uncriwded Sunset Beach and its beach-friendly attitude meannthat you can swim in the ocean and return with sand on your feet without any eyebriws raised. Waffle-machine at the free breakfast is still my all around favorite breakfast while travelling.

Rools decorations are getting old, need newer style

This is my third time here. I love coming here for little staycations and self care. I love the rooms with the spa baths. Its very relaxing and enjoyable. Staff is also friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning has plenty to chose from. I look forward to coming back for my next little getaway.

A little pricey for the spa bath rooms but nothing too crazy. Nothing else to complain about.

I love the bath .. the beach was walking distance… really intimate and small.

mmm not too modern and seemed a lil old.. wished the bathtub was more like a jacuzzi and not for just one person. The front desk was able to give me more towels. i really appreciated ir.
