Good comfortable beds. I usually like a firm mattress but these were a little on the softer side but still comfy. Enjoyed our villa and how we could cook every meal. Cleaning staff was really nice. The remotes had Netflix so you could log into. I normally don’t like hotel provided shampoo/conditioners/body wash but it was nice and now I found it online.

Described as ocean view but we actually were facing the busy street and opposite of the ocean. Directly facing a parking lot. Paid a lot of money to have our meals on the balcony facing a parking lot. They stopped providing water with orange slices and water with cucumbers around the pool. Wish they would make 1 out of the 5 pools an adult only pool.

It had everything you could possibly want and more! It was clean, spacious, lots of activities and food choices, transportation to the beach and access to pool and everything. It was such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

I liked and enjoyed everything

The Marriott Newport coast villas met all our needs perfectly. We traveled to Newport Beach to help our grandson celebrate his birthday. He is a student at UC Irvine. The location was great, close to the campus and close to all the fabulous California beachtowns. Our unit suited us perfectly— it was an accessible unit which provided a walk in shower to meet my mobility needs; the bedrooms were roomy ; the beds were comfy; the kitchen had sufficient utensils for us to prepare snacks and breakfast, and. the pool area was close to us. We loved it so much we’ve booked again for next year when we get to watch our grandson graduate

I would love it if there was a restaurant or a snack shack that provided breakfast

I love how spacious the villas are. I really love the big bathtubs in each master bedroom. The tubs are not jetted, but still wonderful. I like the backlight wall next to the dining room table. It truly is a beautiful space. Full kitchen, which is always super clean. The view of the ocean on the property. There is a brisk walk to Crystal Cove. The bartenders are always friendly. This is really a great place to relax. Whether you want to hang out with friends or escape for a romantic getaway, the Marriott Newport Coast Villas will not disappoint.

There isn't really anything not to like about The Marriott Newport Coast Villas. This place is great. I mean, if I'm nit-picking I'd sat, I wish check-out time was later. Check-out time is 10:00am, when I'm away, I don't get up until 10:00am. Also, a spice rack in the kitchen would be a nice addition, but I guess that might require too much maintenance or expense.

Large apartment, very spacious, amazing heated pool - kids loved it, good location in Newport beach.

There is no proper breakfast place. The marketplace available is very small and with few options, also rather expensive for what they offer. One very impolite lady making coffee there, as well.

Very good location, large and beautiful villas, Free parking garage, courteous staff.

Check out time is at 10:00 AM which is too early. 12 O'clock will be much better.

Great accommodations. Great beautiful grounds. Amazing pools. 2 bedroom rooms are so comfortable for a family. Perfect location.

We have been at the place before and my son loved water slides so much. We purposely came to this hotel for those water slides this time. But we couldn’t arrive early. We got around 6.45- 7 pm and were told that water slides were already closed. The previous time they were open till 8 or 9 pm, and we were here exactly a year ago. Pity they turn them off so early. My son managed to have the last one ride and they turned them off. There were tons of disappointed kids after that…

The facilities and entertainment for youngsters were very good.

Dining facilities for guests could improved and also the repayment of ‘pending charges’ should be instant when the account is settled!

Did not eat there, not many vegan options

We were charge over $ 800.00 more then what Booking told me.
