Very clean, front desk was great & so was the maid service

The staff that runs breakfast are very rude.

Rooms and toilets were clean. Bed was well made and spotlessm the AC worked great. Breakfast was a small spread but wastage avoided by serving a fixed but sufficient quantity in the morning. The breakfast had a choice between pancakes with eggs and hashbrowns every day. It was basic but better than other places we have stayed and was filling for what we needed.

Nothing in particular to not like. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The printer in the business center was not connected to the networking so front desk took printouts for air travel and helped. No experience with room service since it was an overnight stay.

Breakfast menu could be better.

Spacious rooms, generally nice staff, pool and hit tub facilities and enough parking spaces for free at the hotel. Room was cleaned daily and was generally in good condition. Noise of the airport couldnt be heard. Lots of opportunities like the south coast plaza, newport beach etc and freeway close by.

The airconditioning was pretty loud. Breakfast was only one portion per person for eggs and meat. The first receptionist was slow and didnt speak mmenglish well as well as some of the other staff. Not enough tables at breakfast.

Nice room.

the breakfast staff is too concerned to make sure that breakfast ends and is shut down exactly at 9:30 a.m. That team communicated with the guests that they have to place orders by 9:20 or 9:25 because they're closing it down right at 9:30 a.m. in an admonishing kind of manner. I believe that this communication is a bit abrasive and could be done better. A thought to consider, set the closing time with your breakfast team that internally they won't close until 9:35 or 9:40 - not something your guests know, but only the breakfast team.

The room was clean and comfortable with a coffee maker included. The breakfast was sufficient, although I prefer to serve hot items myself rather than only having to choose from 2 set menus. The location worked for us and the staff was polite and helpful.

The location of our room required us to walk through puddles when it rained to get to the stairs/elevator on our way to the breakfast room or exit the property..

The proximity of the location to eateries and local main attractions is very feasible. I like that we were only 5 minutes from our needed destination and so the main eateries plazas and convenient stores.

I didn't like the lack of friendliness in the staff at the hotels breakfast room. Not very friendly but not rude, but just more focused on enforcing hotel policies. And that kinda keeps it from feeling like a real vacation or relaxed atmosphere. But I guess it's what the employees are expected to do to keep the place tip-top clean and in order. It was the impression I got. However, housekeeping was very friendly and did an exceptional job in maintaining the room clean and stocked up with the essentials.

Very Convenient to airport and venues we were attending.

The "free" breakfast was very disappointing. The "hot" cooked to order dishes were cold and tasteless. The toasters were not functioning when we were there for our breakfast. They were slow to replenish empty items, like hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt parfaits. There was an ice machine right by our room and several times during our stay there were people loading up coolers with ice, which was annoyingly noisy. Did not like bathroom setup, with sink to wash outside room with toilet and shower.

Overall, everything was good. We had a standard room which was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good but would have preferred self serve rather than prepared plates. I feel food was wasted at times as portions were sometimes too big and combinations different than I would have chosen. I would stay there again.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel mainly because of the safety concern in Irvine (safety in hotel parking lot, etc.), and I felt quite safe as the parking lot was very well lit. The staff was also nice.

I was disappointed that there is not much vegan options for breakfast. I'm also concerned that I recently read an article about Best Western being behind their pledge of sourcing their eggs NOT from factory farms...
