Clean well kept

The breakfast is ridiculous. First of all, it only goes until 830 every day but Saturday and Sunday.. which you when you were on vacation you don’t always want to be restricted by those time frames. But we did it. We got up early to be down there by 8 o’clock and then when we got there, everything was gone. When we asked a staff member, they stated that we’re almost done. We are not putting anything else out. So in reality breakfast goes until about 7:45 or eight when everything is gone. Which one you have hungry kids does not go over well. The fact that they provide breakfast is misleading if this is the way that they are going to operate.

The breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and comfy. Nice workout room with several pieces of equipment. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and warm. There was a family in the pool area that were eating and dropping food in the pool and the jacuzzi and not bothering to clean it up. The kids were jumping into the pool and screaming and yelling. The parents did nothing to settle them down. I said something to one of the kids about kicking me in the jacuzzi. Again the parents did nothing. If I had one negative it was that I had to pay to park at the hotel, which is ridiculous to have to pay for your car to be parked on the grounds after paying for the hotel room.

Having to pay for parking at the hotel was a slap in our face. The booking says private parking but doesn't say that you need to pay to park in the hotel lot.

The room had a nice sofa that you could in a pinch turn into another bed if the one in there isn't already enough. The room is also spacious, including the bathroom (which also had a fan for venting, which seems odd to mention but I've stayed in places where there's no fan). And even though I didn't use it, I liked that there was a microwave in there as well. I did see there was laundry, so you could stay here for a while if you need to

Breakfast options weren't too great. It's the typical continental, but more limited. It was free so can't really complain about that. Also while I did appreciate a fan in the bathroom for venting, there's no separate switch for it. It's tied to the lights.

I liked that there were 2 queen sized bed and a pull out bed from the couch. Our room was huge! We also had a microwave and little fridge in the room. It was super easy to check in and check out. Staff were super friendly and kind. The continental breakfast was delicious. The shower shampoos and soaps that are offered are great. And the ac worked great! Kept our large room cold!

Because we checked in late, we got a wheelchair accessible room. The lack of counter space seemed a bit miniscule but i guess thar due to the handicap accessibility of it, i understand, but The shower situation was not the greatest. I wish I had called to specify the room we got. I didn't know how much of a difference a shower would make, but it did. I'm not a huge fan of having to pay $15 for parking, but it is what it is. The TV options were not great, or the apps offered on there.

Friendly helpful staff, clean facilities, spacious room with good amenities, nice pool, nice gym, very good breakfast great location to near lots of restaurants and easy access to the freeway

For the cleaning service to be a little bit more consistent, they skipped cleaning my room in the every other day schedule

Clean, nice room, nice staff, easy check-in, close to restaurants, off the strip. Don't like that they typically charge a daily rate for parking; that's nonsense. I can stay on the strip and pay those ridiculous fees!

Pay for parking, no fruit for breakfast. Limited offerings per my fiance'. I only had coffee which was fine.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was easy to access and parking was plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was adequate but could have used a few more fruit choices. The location is very close to restaurants and other amenities, in fact, I walked to everything from the hotel.

I didn't have any negative experiences here.

We liked the layout of the suite. It was small, but well planned for comfort and convenience. The Henderson location was perfect for our needs. We visit Las Vegas often for shopping and athletic activities. Henderson has a wonderful lap pool, and a public ice skating facility. Springhill Suites is not a Las Vegas resort. If that is what you want, you will be disappointed. If you want quiet and modest comfort, you will be happy here.

I really disliked that Springhill Suites has a $15.00 per day parking fee! There is ample parking, and no competition for parking in this area. It is a "junk fee", pure and simple. The breakfast was very disappointing. For us, it was inedible. It was carbs, gluten, and nothing else. The hot dish was something called "sausage gravy". I've never seen that served anywhere but the Deep South. We left, and had breakfast elsewhere.

Both computers in the business center were down the while two weeks that I stayed there.

The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

the breakfast because they only offer waffles and there are only 2 machines for so many people and the wait time is long and I also didn't like the bacon it was just a little overcooked and most of us like crunch, but the staff and the rooms are excellent.
