I like that the room was very clean the beds were super comfortable and I liked that the room had four big comfortable pillows on each bed. The stove and bathroom were very nice the fridge was super big.

There is no breakfast included and the property charged me an extra hundred when we got to the hotel for deposit. Our check in service agent was sooooooooooo rude. I asked if I can get some extra pillows, he told me I would have to wait until tomorrow to get them because it wasn’t his job to provide them. I called and asked another my place hotel to see if it was his job to provide them and she said yes he’s just being a jerk. The representative name was Zachary.

It was very clean and in a good clean location. Never had to worry about coming home late with my daughters. The rooms were super clean. Perfect for families (especially if traveling with littles)

It had the kitchenette that we were looking for traveling with kids, however, I had to bring my own plates and pots and pans to use. I know the staff said they had some available but for purchase. Not too serious of an issue since we traveled by car, but it was just extra things to have to carry along. Kitchenette, fridge, and microwave still saved us a lot of money from spending on outside food though.

Newer building means that equipment is in better condition. Fairly quiet room and able to get a good night's sleep. With the rooms having a full height refrigerator and cooking / washing area made the stay feel a bit more like home, which is important if you plan on staying several days. The water from the shower was surprisingly soft and cleaner feeling compared to most Las Vegas water systems.

Street access from St. Rose Parkway (146) feels awkward. Even Uber and private drivers coming here complained. This problem is due to city planning. The location of the single elevator could cause congestion as the laundry room and long and unfortunately narrow hallway spans the width of the hotel. The overall spacing and layout of the building's interior architecture could have been more thoughtfully planned.

It was very clean. The front desk employee, Dave, was amazing. He was professional yet friendly, very personable. Hours after I had checked in, while passing thru the lobby, Dave, spoke to me by name asking if the room was adequate and if we needed anything. Dave is to be commended for doing as exemplary job.

Not one thing.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfection after an 8 hour drive! (Though they do have baths if that’s more your thing.) I was hoping to find a place that was clean and safe so I could sleep without worrying about my baby. I love this hotel and plan to come back!

I guess the bed could have been a little more plush but that’s just me being picky. It was still comfortable!

Mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable and clean. The bathroom sink and shower worked very well.

If I had to make a suggestion to improve my stay, it would be the window covering. Even though it was a blackout curtain, the morning sunlight pierced through the sides and lit-up the room very early and woke me up much earlier than I expected.

The location is far from the Strip but fine if you have a car. The hotel is new, everything is clean and in good shape. Not noisy, no casino, so no smoking and gambling people. Plenty of free parking. No pool or fitness room, but a kitchenette with a fairly large fridge in the room.

Nothing.

New and clean. Very nice set up…but odd that it had a range top, microwave and full size frig, no plates, utensils or cookware?? Within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and close to airport.

The front desk worker named Gabriel had excellent customer service and was very attentive with a smile on his face the whole time that I had interacted with him. He is one of the reasons why I would do that.

Property was very clean and staff very extremely congenial. Parking was very convenient and free.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel. There was not one thing that we did not like.
