Friendly office staff. Good breakfast with several options. Room was quiet. Beds were comfortable.

The property was going through renovations so I’m sure things were in the process of being fixed. The shower rod was bent or installed wrong because the shower curtain would not stay shut. The bathroom door was falling apart and stuck when closed all the way. There was food left on the floor from previous renters. Flies and spider in the room.

The manager, Lisa was very helpful in getting us settled for the night. The morning staff was on key to help travelers get on their way. Quiet place and comfortable place to sleep. I was delighted to stay at the same place to and from my trip, two weeks apart. Both nights were great. Many traveling road construction workers who need good sleep and keep it tidy. Thank you for helping make our trip a delight and safe.

We stayed twice, the first time was not very good as the AC did not work well in the Texas heat but the second time was much better because we could upgrade to a larger room with a working AC; the rooms were clean and pet friendly; the town is small but has a lot to offer in dining choices and the breakfast choices were very nice. We are planning a few more trips and plan to stay there again as our experience was very positive the second time around.

The first room we had was in the corner, directly in the sun all day plus the AC did not seem to be working all that well so it was very hot and muggy in the room. We endured because we were tired and just wanted to rest.

It was a nice place. The staff was super helpful. My kid enjoyed the pool. It was off the main road, so it was convenient for finding places to eat, I would recommend the Wheat Artesian Bakery they were super delicious.

Because of the main road it was a little noisy, but it wasn't bad. There was alot of crew workers staying there so it was a bit crowded and a lot of guys just hanging out in the parking lot.

Childress is my old stomping grounds. Nice to revisit and see the changes.

I did not dislike anything.

I like the fact that it was closed to the location we need to go. Also, like the breakfasts, it was decent compared to other places.

I didn't like the swimming pool was yo small, the microwave didn't work, and beds weren't queens beds there were full size and one my kids have to sleep on the floor.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was in before we arrived and in a hot day, it sure felt good to walk into a cool room.

The handle in the tub was broken and it was extremely hard to turn the water on and adjust the temperature. We had a toddler and could only fill the tub by running the shower. We were too tired to try to change rooms so just sealed with it. I did tell the staff the next morning and they apologized and said they would report it.

Breakfast was fine. Glad y'all are pet friendly... you charge too much for a small dog though! Bed was comfy, pillows ... more than one option! AND you had a bathtub for me! Everything ready for check-in... Easy peasy.

Carry my luggage in for me?! Otherwise, Nothing more.

The staff is wonderful!!! The rooms are spacious and clean!!! Love staying here!

I am spoiled to staying downstairs and this trip we had to stay upstairs but it all worked out
