In general we liked the place. There was a bakery just in 50 m to taste Paris's delicious sweet tastes and croissant. The bus stop was also next to the hotel therefore we did not have any problem to reach the closest metro station. There was a parking place but I recommend people who come on the weekend, do not book the Parking Place for Sunday because you can find a parking place outside and it is free on Sundays.

The only negative point would be, the Staff does not speak English well enough but still works. They told me parking outside would cost 40 Euro for 3 hours and tried to sell me the parking for 15 € daily. But overall I paid 6,35 € for 3 hours (on Saturday) for the stay because our remaining time Sunday and Monday (holiday) were free.

Great location! Loved being in such a quiet neighborhood with a bakery and restaurants across the street. Also loved the little balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable bed & nice kitchenette.

The tiles were broken throughout the apartment. And the shower/tub leaked water all over the bathroom floor as the glass partition wasn’t fully connected to the tub. Also, the air conditioning was not working. Fortunately it was cool enough at night to sleep with the windows open, but then it was noisy in the morning.

We stayed for one night and this hotel meets expectations. Clean room , friendly staff (all spoke English). The hotel does have underground parking which was ideal for us traveling from London. I would recommend this place for a one or two night stay. There was basic kitchen facilities such as microwave, kettle in the room which was great.

It would be nice for there to be rooms available that can fit two double Beds rather than a double bed and a sofa bed as when you use the sofa bed there is not a lot of room left to move around.

The location of these apartments is excellent you can get everywhere in Paris in 30m by car. You have everything in the neighborhood, boulangerie, supermarkets, pharmacies a park etc. Parking is paid but relatively easy. The apartments are fairly equipped but small. Overall a very good value for money if you want to spend a couple of days in Paris. The reception team is very polite and helpful.

The service is inexistent. The rooms are cleaned only once a week, which means that if you stay less than 7 nights your room is never cleaned. You can ask for extra towels at the reception but when we asked they didn't have it ... We had a problem with the kitchen sink, and although we asked for repair several times no one came to solve the problem.

After changing my room twice (see below), I could finally settle in. This was my second time here and I will always come back. It is nice, clean, comfortable place with the proximity of public transportation (train station about 10min walk, there you catch a train and in less than 15mins, you are in the city center!!!), there is excellent bakery right across the street (open also on weekends!) and small Monoprix supermarket. There is also one or two restaurants right in front of the hotel and many others just 2-3min walk away. A gorgeous park is right next to the hotel. The room itself is spacious and clean. I did not have time to use the kitchen but there is everything you need for basic cooking, you only need to buy your own washing liquid as you need to clean after yourself. Bed was comfortable enough, TV and A/C worked fine, wifi was a bit slow but absolutely sufficient (it is free). You can store your luggage there before check-in or after check-out (that's what I did), they just give you a tag and it is for free. There is optional breakfast (for extra fee) which I did not take, I would recommend going to the bakery that is literally like 15s across the street. It is cheaper and the pastry is super delicious!!! Absolutely recommend this place, I will book it again :))) Merci!

I asked for a quiet room and got one right opposite the elevators but it got changed immediately. In the second room, there was no hairdryer though so I had to change room again - quite a hassle, I was also in a hurry but staff was very nice and helpful about it. I got third room where everything was okay. Just a bit pricy for 1 person but I blame the Olympics coming up....however, be aware of the city tax raise. They did this without letting customers know. I booked the room 6 months ago when it was just 2,04 euro/person/2 nights and ended up paying 8 euro in total, which is crazy!!!!

Nice apartment in a lovely neighborhood, with a lovely park 1 minute away, lots of great eateries nearby, and a large grocery store across the street. WiFi speed was one of the best, and staff were polite and responsive. A walk to the Seine River is only 20m, and loads of public transport options to get to the city center. (Typically 2-3 changes and about 35-40m)

The cutlery could have been cleaner, though not a major issue.

Nice budget hotel in great locality. Super market and Bakery is in 50 meters range. Paid Parking is in Basement. Rooms are clean but very small. Kitchen facility in rooms. Bus stop is nearby which takes you to the nearest Metro and RER station La Defense. Overall excellent and budget friendly place to stay in Paris.

It was my 2nd time staying here and initially I was given a room that was a little bit on the small size so I asked to change and the staff were super accommodating and I got a fabulous room with a balcony and separate bedroom. The studios are clean and you have all you need to warm up food or make your own. The bed is comfortable and the whole place clean and tidy. The location to la defense is just quick bus ride away so you can be in Paris really quickly. I love this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you

Location excellent. Good restaurants close by and supermarket. Great boulangerie for breakfast. Quiet surroundings. 5 minutes walk from station. Accommodation was basic but everything we needed. Storage in the room was excellent.

Upgrade in the air-conditioning might help. Slightly dated decoration but only minor quibbles.

Lovely place, nice sized room with little kitchen. Nice bathroom with a bath and shower. Friendly staff and helpful. We arrived late, starving and asked the lady staff about the restaurant. She showed us where the restaurant was, it was just around the corner. Also there is a bakery and shop on the opposite side of the road, just 1 minutes walk. If you want to visit Paris city, get bus or train which are nearby. Highly recommended!
