undoubtedly the cleanliness of the room—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made settling in incredibly comfortable. What truly elevated the experience was the panoramic view over Paris from my room. Waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Eiffel Tower was magical and added a special touch to my visit. Whether during sunrise or lit up at night, the view was simply unforgettable. A special mention goes to Ezzeldin at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which made our stay even more special. His professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our visit.

The toilet was not clean when we checked in but they cleaned it immediately

the property is well maintained, comfortable beds and very clean but small room

the staff attitude is horrible. we booked 2 twin room and was given double room despite we double check that the room given is a twin room with the check in staff after we got our key card. we need to go down to change room after a tiring long flight. we were told that there is no twin room in this hotel and they were unable to change for us. spoken to 2 staffs and the reply was the same. we spent almost 20 mins arguing and showing them the info in booking.com and it only solved when a supervisor that can speak English and she gave us a twin room right away. please avoid this hotel if you can’t speak French or if you have no patience to deal with the ignorance staffs there. also, the rooftop bar was closed during my 5 nights stay.

The bed is very comfy!

The receptionist who check us out needs more training to work as receptionist. He act like he cannot speak. No good morning greetings, no smile! This is bad for a big hotel like Mercure Paris.

Breakfast and rooftop bar!

The carpet in the room was covered in stains. The air conditioning wasn’t working and had to be fixed. There wasn’t a bath mat on 2 of the days. I’ve stayed here a couple of times before and didn’t experience this those times. Do you no longer provide breakfast tea, coffee or milk in the room?

Room was comfortable and each day was cleaned well.

The windows of my room were leaking noise and air. One didn't close properly and the air vent filter was not changed out, it was complete with a lot of black "dirt/dust".I had to keep the curtains closes to help buffer the sound. Toilet previously had a different installed and the old attachment was still not removed, it was sharp. Bathroom floor - when wet was very slippy.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a fabulous location. The beds are super comfortable! The roof terrace is very nice!

The room was a bit outdated and very stuffy. And could have been cleaner.

The room was very clean and nice. A bit small but good enough if staying only for one night. The lady at the restaurant was nice enough to give me the coffee ( even if I offered to pay). She gave it to me for free. Much appreciated for such gesture,

Parking was too far. Instructions on how to go to the parking needs to be improved significantly as the message received from the automatic reply was very poorly constructed. Difficult to find the parking as there are no visible signages especially when arriving at night. Hotel representative was not able to clearly direct me to the parking and had to discover it for myself. Need to provide a sketch or map on how to get there.

The quietness of the room

We were told by one staff member that the breakfast would be in the rooftop but it was not the case. We had hard time understanding his explanation, very poor French.

We were family of 4 and were allotted Room No 215, which had a big bathroom with no enclosure for bathing area . Whoever bath first the entire bathroom gets wet . There is no much cost to add an enclosure .

Super clean hotel, amazing staff, rooms bigger than your average Paris hotel room. Fab rooftop bar. Really fast lift!

Could have done with an ice machine for guests.
