Great location, car parking on 30sec walk (Michelet2 q-park) Metro No.1 one minute walk, Plenty restaurants, shops, grocery stores near hotel

Room need handyman to fix and tight up all loose things: sink leaking, kitchen doors not close well, windows cannot stay open by itself, there is no 3-4h of work to fix all what is needed.

Room was very Clean. There was fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher with cleaning tabs. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom clean. The Hotel itself have a great location (despite Zone 3) very close to Metro station (Yellow Line 1 ). If you are traveling by Train you have to go back a bit to line M to La Defence and purchase 6€ ticket (instead of buing day ticket)to return to Gere Du Nord Train Station.

In room 502 there was a hole (3-4mm diam.) in wall under the shower. There are little damages to the room itself but this do not interfere with our stay. We have used the room just to sleap and sightseeing Paris.

Location is right next to metro. Even though it’s away from the city center, the Paris metro is frequent even at late night hours. It was convenient to take the train to all the Paris attractions including Versailles palace. Also the next stop is La Defense which has a Westfield mall connected to the station with good restaurants in the food court. The apartment was spacious and the sofa bed was not uncomfortable for the kids. The utensils in the kitchen was helpful. We had a view of Eiffel Tower in the distance and was great fun for the kids when it was lit up at the night.

My room was in Floor 5, the carpet for not just the apartment but the entire floor smells weird like old cooking oil. It was a bit overwhelming first but we kinda got used to it I guess. Other than that I don’t find any negatives.

We stayed in a studio with kitchenette. The kitchenette is fitted with new appliances, sufficient for a brief stay. We did not cook, but I note there were pots and pans, so one could. It was great to be able to make coffee and tea in the room at the end of a long day out, or have a quick snack in the morning. There was sufficient space for the sofa bed. Furniture was modern and in excellent condition. The location is great - steps from the M1 metro line, so you reach the main sites of Paris in minutes.

The temperature in the room was limited to 22 degrees, which is a bit cold for me.

Everything was good. Some TLC needed but overall nothing to complain about. Found it comfy and well equipped. Very clean.

Accessibility due to location. While near the metro station, there was no ramps from what we could find anyways. We had a buggy and large cases. These are not the fault of the premises. Oh and the city tax added at check in. It was mentioned in the booking but I never read that part. This was my error.

The location is very close to metro like 2 m walk, the yellow line no 1 will take you to everywhere you need , also it is close to Westfield shopping mall which has salmost everything you neef. staff were good, especially Linda and Yasen. The other one that never shared her name was rough to us. In some casess there was no respect.

The bed was not very comfortable

It was very close to the subway and was convenient to get to various parts of the city, this was more outside of the city which was quieter, safer and still things to do , stores, restaurants ect some Christmas markets etc. Rooms were great you can cook, if need be, in the room, Plan on staying here again next year.

Any extra room service was an extra cost such as cleaning , kitchen and room cleaning , ect we didn't need, we did stay a week., it wasn't really an issue.

The location was great, really close to the metro M1, busses and RER I loved being on the Esplanade, and talking long walks. The Eifel Tower is visible between the tall buildings and at night it's magical. The rooms were like in the pictures & the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some food for our small picky eater. The reception personnel was nice and helpful. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find at first, it's not well positioned on google maps - it's on the other side of the Starbucks. Try to find Chantier Insurance agency on the map or the Accès piéton park Michelet 2 [Piéton] statue and you'll see the entrance.

Every time when we came back to the room, there was a weird-ish smell that went away after 2-3 minutes with AC or or with the windows opened.

Good location, clean, conformable, AC, refrigerator, all good.

Only one elevator which stops at zero all the time, even if you want to go to - 2. In the weekends the main entrance is not available. The wather was not too hot, and the shower was working only the upper side, the lower was broken. The windows could not be closed to reduce the noise.

The hotel it is more business as it is not into a touristic zone, but we liked it It was clean, quite, comfortable, with big room, and very good beds The metro station for M1 is very close and it 20 min you are at all central points. We waited for M1 max 3 min As we were there into the weekend and public holidays the restaurant around were closed, but very close you can find markets

From a mistake they accommodated somebody else in our room and we waited 1h30m in the reception to find out a solution In the end, Pascaline and Iaia were great and the problem was solved, We have received an apartment (upgrade, as we had booked a studio) and our stay was good
