The hotel's location is excellent. It’s just over a 10-minute walk to the metro station (the second-to-last stop on Line 1 toward La Défense). Keep in mind that there are some stairs along the way. Line 1 runs frequently—typically every four minutes—and takes you directly to major attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre. It’s also possible to walk to/from the Jules Verne terminal, which is served by the shuttle bus from Beauvais Airport. However, allow some extra time to find the entrance to the terminal, as it can be a bit tricky to locate. The apartments are well-equipped, and some rooms even have a balcony, which is a nice bonus. The hotel also features a small garden with outdoor furniture and a children's playroom in the basement. There is plenty of kitchenware available. Coffee machine capsules are not provided for free, but you can easily buy compatible ones (Nescafé capsules) at a nearby store.

In accordance with the hotel’s instructions, guests are required to take out their own trash from the room. On the day of departure, when you’re rushing to catch a flight, this is especially inconvenient—particularly because you need your hotel key card to access the bins. Once you finally complete this unpleasant task, there’s no nearby place to wash your hands; instead, you have to go a floor down. Additionally, it’s difficult to manage with only two towels for several days.

I spent 5 nights here and I can recommend this apartment hotel to everyone who needs a decent accommodation. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is clean and safe. I liked the fact that nobody disturbed me during my stay. The supermarket was close and the apartment had everything that I needed. The bed indeed was comfortable, I can only mention very few things for improvement. I will definitely stay here again. If you don't expect to stay in a luxury place but rather in a small flat where you can feel at home, book your stay here.

The pillows could be bigger or there should be at least one more extra pillow. The wifi was weak so I had to use my own internet to post photos on social media.

The hotel itself was excellent, very clean, affordable, black out blinds, well equipped with everything that you need on a holiday with a family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception, which makes it feel safe. Nice area to sit outside. Great base to see Paris, once you find the Metro, as was a walk of about 15 minutes and with suitcases this is a bit tricky. Surrounding area was great for shops, supermarkets and restaurants. La Defense has an excellent shopping centre. Lovely place to go at night to see Arec de Triumph, Champs Elysee and Eiffel Tower lit up. Very safe area.

Metro was a bit far, but if you don't mind the walk, excellent base for Paris as you are on Metro 1 which crosses centre of Paris

Location is good but still a 20m walk from Defense train station. Beds are comfy and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchenette is well equipped and there is a little balcony to have breakfast.

There is a coffee machine and a water boiler but there's no coffee or tea provided. One day at around 7:30am, the fire alarm went off waking up the entire hotel. Turned out someone was having a hot shower and the hot steam triggered the alarm. Not really the hotel's fault but it's still something that we didn't like.

Location was good to walk to Metro. Nice Carrefore supermarket on the corner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice kitchenette in the room with everything you need, except a wine opener. Hard, but comfortable bed. Good temperature in the room with a window that opened. Great coffee machine with capsules. Nice wardrobe area and plenty of shelves.

Hotel in desperate need of a coat of paint. We were in room 717 and it didn't have a balcony as shown in the pictures. Being a corner room, it had attic style walls that my husband kept bumping into, and hitting his head.

The hotel is in a cozy neighborhood, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was decent and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially since finding early morning options in Paris can be tricky. It's located about 6 km from Arc de Triomphe and other must-see sights, which was manageable for sightseeing. Despite no housekeeping during our 3-day stay, it was a nice experience overall. I’d definitely consider staying here again when visiting Paris.

The hotel corresponds to the description: not far from the metro (about 10 minutes on foot), in a very calm, quiet business district, minimum traffic and noise in the evenings and on weekends. Spacious room, balcony where you can smoke in the evening (standing)), kitchen utensils in abundance (though, do not try to find even salt, if you are going to cook - first go to the store), capsule coffee machine (capsules also in the store or at the reception for 1 euro per piece). Friendly staff at the reception. We didn't try the breakfast and the pool was still closed in mid-April (although it was +25 outside, but only for a few days, then it got cold again). I would recommend for several nights stay.

Apparently, it is such a concept - to make money, if possible, on every client. This is probably a normal desire for business. Nevertheless, in my experience it looks a bit strange: if a hotel has rooms available, it is strange to ask a client for 45 euros for an early check-in (we are talking about a couple of hours), you can just say: Your room is not ready yet, instead of: Your room is not ready yet, but if you pay 45 euros, you're welcome :) But you can leave your gags in a locked room free of charge!

Great experience overall. Location was safe and family friendly, rooms were as advertised, comfortable and all accommodations needed met expectations, play are for kids was great, ourdoor space was great, breakfast was amazing really enjoyed our stay, worked perfectly with our large group. Everyone loved it.

Rooms were clean and had everything thing you need. Kitchen utensils, pans, cooktop, fridge, everything you need. Bathroom was clean, and had hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and receptive. Location was also amazing, felt very safe, next to a supermarket and train station that gave us access to the whole city.

It was perfect, no complains

Great location in a green block on the outskirts of Paris - only 8 minutes away from the metro. Enough supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood to chose from. Options to cook or microwave, with dishwasher bottle and sponge already there.

We could hear the neighbours talking, which was ok for us, but could be a problem for others. Bed cushions where a bit hard to sit with your back to.
