The room was larger than the previous hotels we stayed in. Was nice to have a lounge chair to sit on rather than sitting in a bed. Was very close to the metro so easy to get into central Paris. The rooftop bar was awesome. The lifts were great and the room was clean. Also had a cooler fridge in the room. Air con worked great. Enjoyed our 4 nights.

Not the property but outside the property we were followed by 2 lads they were very obvious in following us so we sat at a bar for a drink to get rid of them. So just be mindful when just leaving the hotel as we feel they were watching us walk out from the hotel and then followed us. After this though we were just mindful of others around and ensure you hold your valuables. Not the hotels fault just want others to be aware.

I recently stayed at Melia hotel, and this is not my first time there, and I couldn’t have been more impressed as usual. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the view from the window was stunning ( Eiffel Tower). The attention to detail, from the plush towels to the high-quality toiletries, made it clear that this hotel truly cares about guest satisfaction. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was flawless. I would highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Melia Paris La Défense! The team truly made my experience unforgettable. Francesca was incredibly professional and handled everything with such care. I also want to give a special mention to the wonderful colleague at the lounge reception from Colombia, his warmth and hospitality added so much to my stay. The cleaning lady was so thoughtful, it was always a joy returning to my beautifully kept room. Thai hotel is a great place to stay, with a fantastic team that truly makes you feel welcome, thank you!

The room had an astonishing view on the General Charles De Gaulle Esplanade. The room was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Exceptional breakfast

La Defense is usually an interesting location - for its architecture and the vibrant "Business Centre" feel that one gets when reaching the place during a normal working day. However, on a Sunday in the middle of Christmas festivities, it had a "Ghost Town" feel instead. No restaurants or bar open around, almost nobody around in the streets, desert Esplanade. Don't go at Christmas time! No complementary water or fresh water sources to refill bottles around the premises.

They did not supply the room I requested . I think because i arrived late , the room was given to an other Pax . I requested a doble bed KING panoramique room . I receive a semi panoramique Room with two beds. Requested a change, since no availability I received a different room with partial view at the same price , very disappointed

Same as above . An other issue that i complained already in previews visit in the past , if you request an Uber they can't find the location on the map. they need to Or put a sign near the entrance that can be view from the street or call google to complain

I like the service at the front desk. They were exceptional. My room was comfortable. The rooftop bar on Saturday night was the highlight of my evening. Their staff there on the rooftop bar was friendly. I'm grateful the room service meal was good before heading to the rooftop bar. My Canadian friends would enjoy this hotel.

They should have the main restaurant open for a decent meal . I had to order room service from your main restaurant. It was surprisingly delicious but I rather have a change of venue than sitting in my room. The other restaurant was fast food items which is all fried. Keep in mind this location is totally shut down on the weekend. So I had no restaurant in walking distance to try on a Saturday night. Please open your main restaurant for people like me that enjoy a lovely meal in a restaurant.

The room was very nice hotel is very good I like in my room everything is nice I had everything in my room the room service is also very good I like it the breakfast a lot of choice

the people who work at the hotel there are not friendly they are very arrogant I am a young woman who was alone there and that treat me like I'm not supposed to be there everything was OK only the people there work at the hotel they have to learn be more friendly to everyone because I was a guest like everyone and I want to be treated Like a guests!!!

I enjoyed the location and the different choices of food and drinks ( coffee wine champagne soda) daily for breakfast and snack

The hotel offered a rooftop lounge which was included in the price. But we were not able to enjoy because it’s really a place for smoker. And we don’t smoke it was a big letdown because we were looking forward to watch the Eiffel tower light up after the sunset which we couldn’t do the entire stay. And there was vomit by the elevator for a couple of days.

The cleanness and the location. The hotel is located just in front of the metro station.

The price. We had to pay 25 euro per night extra for the tax which I was not informed and aware. We stayed for three nights and paid 75 extra euro on top of the original price. The receptionist was not good at speaking in English and she misunderstood and used a wrong credit card that caused me for 20 euro for the card commission. so in total, I spent nearly extra 100 euro which was not pleasant.

The best thing is the location, which is very close to a Metro stop on the direct line (number 1) that takes you to the heart of Paris. So on the one hand you benefit from being outside if central Paris with tiny hotel rooms, on the other - you are 15 min away from Louvre…

The personnel were generally polite but not really caring about the comfort of the guests. The elevator button on our floor was protruding and hanging on a wire and over the 4 days of our stay nobody did anything about it. The bathroom next to the bar on the ground floor did not always have toilet paper and the tap in the ladies’ did not work over 4 days at least … At check-out nobody explained that the car park fee (if exceeds 50 Euro) should be paid at the hotel reception .. We were just sent to pay at the parking machine before exiting, only to come back to the reception 10 min later, and pay the fee… So some TLC and attention could definitely help…
