Perfect choice. The apartment is incredibly clean, tidy, the wi-fi works perfectly. The staff is great. It is rare to see the staff being so helpful and there to solve any problem very quickly. Quiet without noise. A choice for every recommendation. A three-minute walk away is a well-stocked Monoprix self-service. Two minutes from the apartment you have bus 176 that takes you almost to the entrance to the Metro station Porte de Neuilly, if you don't feel like walking, a ten-minute easy walk to the metro station La Defense Esplenada. It is the M1 line, also from the apartment and an excellent connection to Versailles. I will also add a recommendation that it would not be bad for the owners to ask the local community to put up signs.

The hotel is new, well renovated and has a good design and excellent AC. The room is spotless, the bed and bathroom are clean. There’s a small kitchen, and you can cook or use a microwave. There’s also a coffee machine with capsules. The metro station is around a 10-minute walk from the hotel and around a 25-minute ride to the Paris centre. The neighbourhood is calm and modern. But keep in mind this is not a Paris centre, they also have a location near the train station but located in an older building.

Stuff is helpful and friendly, despite trying to charge me twice for my apartment and city tax I paid before via Booking, but we sorted it out.

Great communication with the staff (in English & French). Quiet room (as requested) and hotel surroundings. Excellent location for our 1-week stay in Paris (close to one of the largest shopping & business areas in Paris - La Defense). Well connected to the city via bus (in front of the hotel) or via Metro/RER (Defense stations - walking distance ~ 10 minutes). Acceptable room size and good space around the kitchen area. Access to the rooms via 2 elevators or via stairs. 32" Smart tv with cable tv and good wifi signal. Plenty of plugs (EU type) including plugs& 2xmini usb charging ports close to the bed on each side. Lightning was excellent both in the bed area as well as in the apartment. Walking shower had a good size and water pressure was excellent. For the rented car we had access to the gated indoor parking area of the hotel (€25 extra charge/day). Cleaning and towel replacing are performed daily and every 4 days bed linen are changed. We have asked for a double bed and we have received a united two twin beds which were covered with a double size mattress and topper. Bed and pillows were comfortable but a bit too soft for us. Air con was working well and this was very refreshing when returning to the hotel after a hot day in Paris. Breakfast is not included in room price but against a charge (discount in case pre-ordered online) and can be served downstairs; alternatively you can purchase from the supermarket just around the corner across the street what you wish and prepare the beeakfast in your apartment (the small kitchen is equipped with an induction hot plate, microwave oven, dishwasher, 1 l kettle and an espresso machine for which you'll get 2 tabs/day, cups, dishes, cutlery, etc.). Tip: We recommend discovering on foot both Courbevoie and especially Puteaux (our next destination in case we will return to stay close to Defense area of Paris).

Not sufficient spaces to store our clothes. Our 2 large luggages had to be storeed under our beds to save space and we have used them alos as storage areas (open sliding luggage :)) Not necessary a cons but the sink of the kitchinette is to narrow in case you need to wash somthing there.

it was our 4th time staying at stay city and it was always a good stay. the facilities and the hotel staff are accomodating and helpful especially Joseph.

I went to Paris to propose to my girlfriend, and everything was just perfect. I had planned it months in advance and the service from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. The staff were so helpful and kind — they decorated the room for the occasion and made sure we got the exact room I had requested, with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options, and the 24-hour room service was a big plus — perfect for those late-night cravings. The whole place just has everything you need. Thank you so much to the entire team for making such a special moment even more memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a truly wonderful stay at *Staycity Aparthotels, Paris, La Défense*! From the moment we arrived, the *reception staff* greeted us with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The *housekeeping team* did an excellent job — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The *location* is fantastic — quiet yet very accessible, with a *supermarket nearby*, and great public transport links just a few minutes away. It made getting to central Paris very easy. The *room* was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the *appliances* we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel is located in the area of LaDefense, about 20mins by Metro from Paris centre. The hotel is modern and clean with all the facilities and mod-cons one would expect. I would like to personally thank Dissa and Collin from the reception team for being very welcoming and helpful!

The neighbouring room to me had very loud guests who were arguing in the early hours of the morning. This was really disruptive and affected my sleep. I asked the reception team to intervene, but sadly the other guests were not responsive. In the end, I was offered a refund for that nights stay

When I book this property, I just received an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment, which was amazing in the space and it contained all the facilities required in the kitchen plates, washing machine, dishwasher, and everything I would ever need during my stay the place was very clean the atmosphere is modern. The staff are very friendly

I was a little bit lost to reach the hotel from the metro station so I think it would be better if it had better explanation how to reach it from this station. Also a walking distance of 12 minutes is between the metro station and the hotel overall the area itself is a modern area different from the city of Paris however, it was very affordable in comparison with the value I have received.

This was the perfect stay for us, I love how it was the service and convenience of a hotel but the addition of a kitchen like an Airbnb. It has everything we needed, was so comfortable and clean, would stay again and recommend to all our friends!

The location is a little far out, but walkable to a metro station. The room was hot and the AC didn’t really seem to work, just made quite a lot of noise without actually cooling down the room. We just used it for white noise really 😂 not a big deal for us as we only stayed for 2 days but if it was longer we would’ve probably raised it.
