it was our 4th time staying at stay city and it was always a good stay. the facilities and the hotel staff are accomodating and helpful especially Joseph.

I went to Paris to propose to my girlfriend, and everything was just perfect. I had planned it months in advance and the service from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. The staff were so helpful and kind — they decorated the room for the occasion and made sure we got the exact room I had requested, with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options, and the 24-hour room service was a big plus — perfect for those late-night cravings. The whole place just has everything you need. Thank you so much to the entire team for making such a special moment even more memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is located in the area of LaDefense, about 20mins by Metro from Paris centre. The hotel is modern and clean with all the facilities and mod-cons one would expect. I would like to personally thank Dissa and Collin from the reception team for being very welcoming and helpful!

The neighbouring room to me had very loud guests who were arguing in the early hours of the morning. This was really disruptive and affected my sleep. I asked the reception team to intervene, but sadly the other guests were not responsive. In the end, I was offered a refund for that nights stay

I really enjoyed the stay at Staycity Aparthotels Paris La Defense. The staff was very polite and available anytime. The studio room was great, got amazed by the kitchenette, which it had all the necessary modern stuff and it didn't fill too much space. The room contains windows which is good thing if you like fresh air. There is also a big 43" smart tv in front of the bed. The bathroom was nice and it contains a very modern shower. The hotel also have a 24h kitchen in case you want to eat something late. There is also a big market 2 min away from the hotel, and a bakery 5 min away. The metro is 10 min walk away, but there is also a bus which can send you to the metro station (line 176). I'm totally going stay at this hotel if I visit Paris again.

The only thing I didn't like it was that you had to pay extra for room cleaning. But you can go to the reception anytime to get a new pair of towels if you want to change them.

I highly recommend StayCity Apartments La Défense for anyone visiting Paris, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. The building is new, modern, and impeccably clean. The facilities are top-notch, with excellent Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. The breakfast is both delicious and affordable, providing a great start to each day. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. From the front desk receptionists to the housekeepers and breakfast servers, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made our holiday stay unforgettable. Thank you so much, StayCity team, for making our visit so special! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location is pretty good, very close to a metro station but away from the busy and noisy area. There are also grocery stores nearby. The room is really well equipped with everything one might need, just like an apartment; there's even an ironing machine and a broom and mop. The mattress and pillows are really comfortable, I har such a great sleep there. The staff are very nice and willing to help, and they even left some snacks and a nice message for me in my room when I arrived. There are snacks and bevarages that you can buy in a "pantry" by the reception, in case you get hungry. They even have a gym. All in all, a very good experience.

So clean and spacious. Was perfect for us as a little family. It was great to have a fridge. Loved the personal touch of the hand written welcome card.

It would have been great to have been sent clear instructions on how to find the property from the metro as this was really challenging at night. If that could be included in the communications that are sent out from the hotel that would have been great. Once you know it’s easy though! And I would have also liked an extra shelf in the bathroom to put our toiletries on but other than that it was fab and we’ll definitely stay there again!

Really cute hotel, ideal if you are visiting Paris to go to La Defense Arena for a gig as it's about 10/15 minutes drive away, and it's in a quiet business district so you can get away from the chaos of the city. A few nice restaurants around the area, and 24/7 reception staff.

Would have preferred a double bed instead of two twin beds put together as they inevitably start separating if you are someone who sleeps in the middle. The parking spot is too expensive considering there is free overnight parking in the street and most people would take their car around during the day to explore the city. Also I received a lot of messages before check-in and it was slightly annoying, especially since some of them asked me to complete the check in online which was not available at that time.

Very clean and well situated hotel. Close to metro station, the location was perfect. If you travel with a friend, there is an option of 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen was very convenient. 24-hour reception and luggage storage are convenient. The staff was very helpful and always polite. The reception area is comfortable.

Not enough storage space for clothes. We had to store our stuff in the luggage and under the beds. The room wasn't too small so there is definitely a space to fit a small cupboard.
